This is a fun and unique experience, and a great complement to other activities on the Oregon coast.
I'd bring a lightweight jacket, there are mesh spots to place them when you overheat and definitely a water bottle, there are cup holders.

... is a large restaurant that serves wonderful cheese & milk based products, a lovely gift shop and, of course, a separate restaurant area with an amazing amount of ice cream flavors for sale in generous scoops.
Beautiful building, lots of space for kids to run and play, self guided tour that any age would like, free samples, a great gift shop, & of course ice cream!
