This is a wonderful experience. We went with our 2 daughters, 14 & 4 and they both very much enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

This is a nice mall with a decent food court and upscale stores (Dillards, Macy's Kate Spade, Coach, Talbots, etc.)

We came to the area for Vintage Market Days and decided to spend the day antiquing. This store is very clean and has so much fun vintage stuff in it. The prices seemed to be a little high, but we would still go back if we were in Tulsa again for the day.

We love the Cherry Street Farmer's Market! The Market is open from 7 to 11 a.m. each Saturday between April and October and has a variety of booths with offerings from fresh organic vegetables and fruit, to local grassfed meats and fresh eggs, to fresh dairy and cheeses, plants/herbs and fresh cut flowers, to prepared foods and arts & crafts-type gift ideas. They also have local musicians playing music. There is truly something for everyone. My only criticism is that the items tend to be on the expensive side. Items are definitely not cheap, but when you consider that you are getting local fresh, organic, straight-from-the-farm items, and that the money you spend stays in and supports the local economy, in my opinion it is worth the extra cost.

This is a nice area right on the Arkansas River. Different places to eat, entertainment, and a great place to take a walk.

You can purchase a delightful ornament for your garden. Better yet, take a class and make one, of your own design, to take home. My husband and I took the 2 1/2 hour workshop on a Saturday and had a blast. The instructors made learning fun. We want to go back to take the 2 day class.

We do a lot of antiquing and visit antique stores and flea markets. This mall had a lot of both. We didn't find anything terribly unusual or items we're interested in however, if you like to look, this mall is fairly large. And the prices were good.

What a fabulous store! Stumbled upon the beautiful shop on a trip from New York. Purchased two handmade necklaces that were really beautiful and well made. Store owner was lovely and a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend this store! Gorgeous high quality stuff.

Decided to drive on Route 66 and see this statue. It’s the brainchild of Mary Beth Babcock who wanted a Muffler Man statue for her curios and souvenir shop. Muffler Men were used to advertise businesses in the early 1960s. This 21 foot statue is cool to look at with a silver spaceship in his hand and a cowboy hat on top of his visor.

There is street parking but some of it is in a residential area. The Buck Atom’s Cosmic Curios store was closed by the time we visited which was disappointing as it had quaint and interesting items. We were also told that Mary Beth, who runs it, takes photos for tourists who need a group shot. But a friendly local took our photo so that was nice.

We didn’t realize that there is also a Buck’s Cosmic Crash Pad behind it where there is artwork for sale. It is also reservable through airbnb for you to stay in. That’s pretty cool.

We recently went to the "Meadow Gold Market Days" on June 5th. So many vendor booths and food trucks. While there, we ducked in to Decopolis. This is a destination that Tulsans and visitors absolutely have to check out. The Tulsa artist who owns this unique site has a great sense of taste for the cool and unusual. I challenge you to enter his establishment and not get caught in a time warp in which you find so many interesting items you lose track of time. This store used to be downtown and while we loved that store, this one on Route 66 is so much more visible next to the Buck Atom's Cosmic Curios shop right next door. He recently got his new neon sign installed which is perfect. FYI, the artist also operates the Art Deco Museum at 511 S. Boston downtown, which is free and another must-see attraction. We check out Decopolis once or twice every month. There's always something new and a great place for gifts for the whole family. Enjoy!

I love Magic City Books primarily because they have provided author events I have truly enjoyed. Some I consider a once in a lifetime experience. Their staff is very helpful and friendly and I usually find great unexpected items whenever I visit the store. I have not visited in some time because of COVID-19 so I order books online and usually have them mailed for a small fee. This is one place I want to succeed! Let's support our independent bookstores!
