- PSLos Angeles, CA82 contributionsThe memorial is very beautiful and somber. It’s wonderful to see how the city pulled together after such a horrific event. It’s an amazing way to honor those who were tragically lostWritten November 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - andrew tClacton-on-Sea, UK17 contributionsA really great place to visit but leave enough time as there is so much to see.The variety of exhibits is impressive both inside and out. There are tours and guides if you want them or you can just browse on your own. They have a fabulous shop to enhance your visit. A great value good day out.Written November 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- NikaNumber1Royal Oak, MI10,138 contributionsCool to see this museum of bones of animals and humans and every critter, tiny to huge.
The evolution of human bones is sweet!
They have scavenger for the kids.
It was very fascinating to see the bone structure of many animals that I have never see at such a level.
My husband was quite impressed by the turtle and snack bone exhibit.
All in all, it was all so amazing. It was well worth the $30.46 for entry.Written September 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I enjoyed the Picasso print exhibit, which I think was temporary but very interesting. Overall, I give high marks to the collection and presentation and it is a pleasant way to spend an hour or so.Written November 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TEBlaiseIlion, NY185 contributionsI actually met the assistant director of the museum at the Federick Army Airfield in Frederick OK the day before my visit. He greeted me at the museum the next day and gave me a private tour. Outstanding experience. The museum is loaded with weaponry and uniforms from throughout US military history. We'll organized and informative. Great outdoor exhibit of military vehicles as well. Glad I took the time to visit.Written November 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Passport6820391 contributionExcellent interactive science theories built to captive even the youngest inquisitive minds. Watching the children unwrap ideas and concepts as they touched and explored different exhibits through play and have a solid understanding when they walked away.Written October 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sherry RPhoenix, AZ93 contributionsI spent 4 hours here and only got through half of the museum. It is divided into four galleries in addition to outdoor gardens and history plaques.
The economic history and development of Oklahoma was fascinating. I was also interested in the gallery about native Americans. I had to just skim information about the Sooners. And I missed all together the oil and gas gallery.
I only wish that there had been an audio guide rather than having to read each information sign. You can read things on your telephone by scanning the QR codes, but there weren't many of these and no audio accompanied them.
I came to this museum to learn about Oklahoma history since I am moving to Oklahoma City.Written August 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It was very hot out so it was nice to get into some air conditioning for about 90 minutes. This museum ended up being very informational and has an incredible collection of banjoes. If you happen to be in Bricktown give it a visit. You won’t be disappointed.Written June 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great collection of trains & looks like they have train cars you can rent for Birthday Parties & special events so that’s pretty neat if you know a train enthusiast. Admission to the museum was free but looks like they have events at other times that have ticket prices attached to them. I’ll try again later in the year when you can ride one of their trains. Still a fun place to check out on an afternoon 👍🏻🚂Written January 19, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We appreciate all the work and finances it takes to keep this museum looking so clean, informative, interesting and professional. We recommend it for all ages to visit and enjoy.Written May 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Trent MAugusta, GA43 contributionsVery much enjoyed as part of WCWS! Glad to see that slow pitch is part of the Hall Of Fame and both men and women. - P J AverySt. Augustine, FL1,148 contributionsA small but special historical air park with several military aircraft on display.
Additionally a statute in honor of who the park is named after, Major Charles B Hall. He was American combat fighter pilot and U.S. Army Air Force/U.S. Air Force officer with the 332nd Fighter Group's 99th Fighter Squadron, best known as the Tuskegee Airmen or "Red Tails". He was the first African American combat fighter pilot to earn the Distinguished Flying Cross and getting a combat kill in WWII. He later worked at Tinker AFB for 18 years after the war.
This park is a definite must see for any military enthusiast. Note the park is accessible by going around the traffic circle by the visitor center before the main gates. Seen the gates to the parking lot closed on Sunday but opened during the day M-F.Written May 12, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Great artistic venue - prices a little steep for our budget. Dancers courteous and willing to have pictures taken. Artists very willing to explain how creations made. Only wish when tickets purchased would have been given a program of day, time, & location at venue where things going on. Since did include Myraid Gardens as part of venue location a map of where in the gardens what was. Myraid Gardens had several other venues going on in it at the same time that wasn't part of the Pow Wow. Preferably publish the info on website and state parking areas especially for out of town/state visitors coming to the event.Written June 14, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
