- CAPTAINNorth Olmsted, OH3 contributionsJust another mall, recently many of the stores have moved out. The mall wa once a nice place to visit, window shop, stop for lunch. Now we have lost a lot. When PINK and Victoria Secret moved in, the advertisemnet that were set by the Food Court for all to see, the near toal nudeity was splashed all around. I even went so far to call the Main Headquartes abot there adds. If it was ment to be a family are to shop, we do not need that kind of trash . I am not sure if the Mall is going to make. Sears pulled out or is close to closing. Not much to see anymoreWritten April 14, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - honest17 contributionsThis place inspires creativity. Spacious and bright. A cheerful place to work on your masterpiece. The owners are enthusiastic and also artistic which helps the atmosphere.Written July 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Beaker18Virginia Beach, VA185 contributionsWe did the Choc Factory in Strongsville with 7 adults and 1 teenager. We’ve done dozens of rooms around the country. This one had some goods and some others.
Goods:
Tech was pretty good (only a few number locks).
Theme was true to the movie.
Others:
Introductory video was ridiculously long (well over 5 minutes) and boring.
Room was too linear for that large of a group. While there’s plenty of physical space, you have 2-3 people working a puzzle at any given time and the rest stand around with little to do.
The room was a little run down. Nothing terrible, but it definitely needs some TLC.
The final puzzle did not require completion. Once we started, the door opened and the clock stopped (~10 minutes left). I suspected an improper reset, but the game master told us it just opens once you start. What’s the point if we’re not going to complete it?
Overall, this place was ok, but based on the tech and square footage invested, they could have done so much more.Written January 1, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It was Friday night so it was pretty busy but it took me 20 minutes to get the staffs attention. That's unacceptable in my eyes. The staff was nice, however. Just seemed a bit inexperienced. Not their fault, maybe management should have planned better. Prices and food was good though, and nice atmosphere.Written February 19, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - S.S1 contributionThe information listed on this place is quite vague. Is it for safaris or for cell phone repair?!! I would appreciate it of you could provide the viewers with more details and include specifics about your business.Written November 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
