- Jenny M4 contributionsWonderful lookout the walk is pretty challenging but the track is wide and you can take as much time as you need. It is definitely worth the walk up.Written April 4, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- 13AstroboyGreater Melbourne, Australia365 contributionsWe walked the Hazards Beach Track, this was mostly through dense bush along a easy going track , didnt see any wildlife but heard a lot of birds, the highlight was arriving at Hazards beach, a beautiful stretch of sand in a sheltered bay with awesome views, must admit the day we walked this was perfect with no wind and lots of sun, we then cut across to Wineglass Bay via the Isthmus Track, Wineglass bay is a popular spot but i found Hazards Beach to be so much better(not so many people) We then climbed the 1000 steps, i didn’t count them but im sure theres more, a really good walk that took about 4hrs with stops along the wayWritten April 12, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- jxn04162 contributionsWe loved doing this trail. Definitely need a reasonable level of fitness and some courage in a few spots. We went a day after rain so the track was a bit wet and slippery in a few spots. Being a bit height challenged, I had to rely on my upper strength to pull myself up in a few spots. At the Ranger station they recommended that if we didn't see the yellow track marker within 3 minutes from the last one to turn back until you located. Great recommendation, easy to get off track, just need to take the time to look around to locate them. Once at the top the view was spectacular. So worth the climb. I was most scared about the trip down but once I started it wasn't so bad. Recommend good hiking pants as coming down requires a good bit of time sliding on your bottom. Return trip took us just under 3 hours with time for a few photos and a quick bite to eat. Highly recommend this one. - BrotherLawrenceLondon, UK131 contributionsFor experienced walkers with decent shoes this is probably an hour's walk each way to and from the car park. The beach was wild and empty, but there were big breakers with a strong rip - don't be fooled by the write ups suggesting crystal waters. Though perhaps we just got unlucky - it was a warm sunny day in early MarchWritten March 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Lisa R6 contributionsDefinitely worth the drive and quick walk in to see this stretch of untouched coastline just out of FreycinetWritten April 12, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jenni G2 contributionsA wow moment awaits at the end of the trail as you walk from Wineglass Bay to Hazards Beach - and its worth every step!Written January 25, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- wendy fPicton, New Zealand512 contributionsWhat an awesome tour. Declan provided so much information on Oysters showing us everything from tiny babies up to huge ones. He was also great at teaching us how to shuck the oysters. I always thought it was hard but it isn’t.
The oysters were delicious as was the glass of wine that accompanied them.
I would do it again.Written April 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - LizyeomansPerth, Australia4 contributionsThis was by far the best wine tour we’ve done. Roshan was full of wine knowledge and Jeff provided all the local history.
We visited 4 wineries and the food and wine offerings were so generous. Best value for money tour on offer anywhere.
Added bonus was we met some lovely people on the tour.

- AmitNewcastle, Australia5 contributionsWe (myself, wife and 10 yr boy) did couple of hours of Kayaking tour with Freycinet Adventures. I must say that everyone visiting Coles bay first time should take this tour as blind pick. We did that and it turned out to be overwhelming experience. We started our trip @8 AM by visiting the site. Our guide named Ben and Liana took us through all the preparation and instructions. Adding to that, I am decent swimmer and my kid is beginner swimmer and my wife is non-swimmer so she was immensly scared for this tour. Also, we were doing kayaking first time in life. So we were not prepared for any surprises. But both the guide made it easy and smooth transition to beginner level kayak. In first 20 min. we were scared but as be progressed further we gained confidence and started enjoying the tour. Also, they offered us warm tea, coffee and Cookies during the break which boosted energy. I will recommend everyone taking the tour to visit site (Muirs Beach) as early as posible for preparation.Written January 2, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- jodayneGunnedah, Australia2 contributionsWhat a happy and friendly bunch to cruise with. Weather was overcast and a little windy so alternative route to the fur seal colony was selected for the cruise. So glad we did it! Fully informed at every step and we had heaps of fun.Written January 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- YeeHaaSydney410 contributionsWe were blown away with how good the sashimi was here. We went back for seconds and luckily got the last one. It was fresh and delicious! The seafood chowder was also good. The cooked prawns were just ok - nothing to complain about but not the best we'd ever had. We would definitely return just for the sashimi.Written March 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- QuietlyRetiredCanberra57 contributionsSkilled, experienced and friendly skipper. He showed us a seal and an eagle nest and other sights on the way. Comfortable, clean and fast boat.Written February 26, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Savannah3 contributionsBec and Scally were the hosts with the most. They turned into my Tassie family and have absolutely made my experience. I’m 25 travelling alone and they made me feel so welcome, safe and made sure I had an absolutely fun filled experience. I couldn’t help but book again and again. Also best hot shower I had my whole trip!
I’m back on the mainland now and I can’t wait to see you guys again soon.
All my love,
