Some great photo opportunities - some very interesting history via the audio guide that is presented in a lively and articulate way - and an easy way of passing an hour or so in a fascinating environment.
Lovely place and the lavender beds smell divine, so peaceful and the places to sit were just at the right points of interest to soak up the information, well done English Heritage.

The ride was tranquil and comfortable, the views magnificent, and Nigel kept us entertained with his funny stories and wealth of knowledge and experience.
It's great fun and Nigel, our guide and oarsman, was full of information and anecdotes that brought the history and nature of the Gorge to life.

It was well worth the 40 minute walk up a broad track through lovely woods to see the great views across the surrounding countryside from the top.
It is a steep & steady climb, but the path is wide & the views are spectacular.

Jackfield Tile Museum

This museum was about far more than tiles- though there was a profusion of beauties in different styles from Arts and Crafts, through Victorian Gothic, into the 20th century with Art Nouveau and Art Deco.
We loved to the tiles in situ in the recreated tube station, pub bar, butcher's shop, church etc., but the best thing was the gallery showing the world-class collection of tiles donated by the collector John Scott.

The church and house were absolutely lovely, really enjoyed the visit, the NT staff and volunteers were friendly and knowledgeable about the property and we had a nice cup of tea and a scone in the little tea room.
Here, as another reviewer has said, you feel a sense of peace, from the church which acts as visitor reception to the meander through the churchyard to reach the perfect Elizabethan small manor house itself.
