- Compass5813934831111 contributionsOur niece booked us a tour and wine tasting experience. The whole thing was excellent from beginning to the end. And the tour guide and wine expert, Russell, was a real treat. We intend to do this again when we have a visitor from America and will book Russell for sure.
What an absolutely lovely experience.Written March 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. As the hubby is rather partial to beer, we had to pay a visit. A lovely welcome, a great environment and good beer. Also enjoyed pulled pork rolls from the visiting food van. - Riverdancer41Faversham, UK53 contributionsAbsolutely loved this experience. We booked with Fox and Edwards and enjoyed every minute! Everyone was so happy, helpful and smiley. All, and I mean all staff were so welcoming and attentive. The train journey was lovely, we had a gorgeous ploughman's and tea or coffee was served there and back. We also so got a lovely little train shaped ginger biscuit when the journey ended. My lovely Mum didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for a brilliant day! - Julie4 contributionsWe had a lovely day visiting two small vineyards - Brabourne and Wayfarer and then the huge, well-established Chapel Down. We loved the smallest vineyard Brabourne the most, meeting the owner Hester was lovely and their sparkling wine was delicious.
We had a lovely lunch at the Five Bells Inn and our driver/guide was great. Well recommendedWritten March 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
