Although quite a small animal park there was enough to do to fill the day. Time it right, see as many of the scheduled activities as you can (there’s enough to choose from), and go around and see the other animals in between. There’s a huge field with giant Lego style bricks, bouncy castles and bouncy slides, a stage area with dancing, singing, and interactive music activities, and a circus tent thingy with other stuff, and foam parties every hour which the kids absolutely loved.
We took our own food and ate in the large field, there are plenty of tables/benches some of which are near the bouncy castles so the kids can entertain themselves.
We bought a couple of hot drinks and ice creams which were reasonably priced.
Other reviews highlight the need for refurbishment which I have to agree with but work does seem to be underway in several areas of the park. Despite this the kids had a great time and that’s really what it’s all about.

What struck me first was the design was quite different to other churches I'd visited recently which I think highlighted regional differences around England. We were lucky as someone was practising on the organ and it is a fine organ. If you're in the neighbourhood it's a must visit.
