It was such a pleasant bar we decided to visit the next night for a drink (that turned into drinks) after dinner. The guy who served us was such a good host (very handsome too) and attentive. He made us very welcome and we noticed other customers welcomed just as good.
Fabulous atmosphere and decor.

We were a bit shocked by some of the prices - €50 to use the jacuzzi for 1 hr, €30 for a cabana etc. but we felt the price for the sun beds - €5 each was reasonable and so we used them only. The place looks beautiful and the pool is clean. The steps going into the pool were shaky so I preferred to go in from the sides. Other than that I thought the pool area was a great place to relax during the day. The beach area didn’t look as good so we never went there. On our second visit, there was more noise and a man in a sling who looked like the owner spent a while talking by our sunbeds while we were napping which was quite rude as there were other places to speak. We honestly felt he wasn’t happy to see us there for whatever reason. Anyway we tried to ignore him and just enjoy our day. Drinks prices were higher than the rest of the strip so we mostly had smoothies and soft drinks which were good. I have spend most of the evenings of my 14 days vacation here and I felt like being welcomed by family.
As soon as you sit down you will be welcomed by a delicious selfmade caramel-vodka. The Cocktails are made with passion and you will have nice conversations with everybody.
What a nice place to gain great connections to local people and people all over the world!

- Wiesia+Phil7 contributionsThis place has a amazing atmosphere, Manos behind the bar and I think owner is such a friendly person, the other guy who did tell us his name but after the amount of shots and drinks we had I have totally forgotten ( sorry about that but merry Christmas) is a great guy.
It claims on a sign outside come in as a stranger , leave as a friend and it's true .
Impossible to go in for just one drink which wasn't a problem for us .

- Dawnie4 contributionsWhilst on holiday in hersonissos, my husband and I visited Fabrica twice for our evening meal. Staff extremely attentive and friendly. Service was quick even when busy. Food presented well and quality of food was amazing. I'd never tried Greek food before, but the staff were very helpful in explaining what everything was. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Fabrica.
