I have enjoyed many venues over the years: country western concerts, Tuba Christmas and the Nut Cracker ballet to name a few.
The volunteers are amazing and really the nicest group of people I have ever come across.

There are many fantastic displays in the Naturealm and being part of the Summit County Metroparks, it is all free.. PLUS, there are wonderful peaceful trails to hike with labeled plants and trees to learn from.
But it is a beautiful park for strolling down a paved path or walking through a short less-than-a-mile loop through woods, grassy wildflowers, and gardens.

... is a wonderful garden with beautiful plants and flowers, there is an aquarium of a sort, a carousel, penguin exhibit, lemur exhibit, snow leopards, etc.... enough animals to see to keep you busy for a few hours.
We settled on the Akron Zoo, and we were pleasantly surprised to find this neat little gem tucked away in the city.
