Guided tour was awesome! I have been to Hall of Fame multiple times - amount of information is overwhelming! A guided tour took 2 hours and hit MANY MAJOR points. Plus ability to double back and explore more on own! An absolutely incredible place eith many interactive exhibits! Gameday Theater is a must - absolutely incredible!

The food and service are great. However, if you wish to charge your $130 meal for 2 to a credit card, they charge a fee. For this price, I think they should be able to handle a credit card. This is ridiculous and greedy. We can understand if this is a small business, but this is a thriving expensive experience.

They do require a credit card to make a reservation, though.

We were warmly and enthusiastically welcomed by the staff at the McKinley Presidential Library and Museum. It was immediately evident that all of those involved have a passion for preserving history and celebrating the local heroes who made a significant impact on the United States of America. The displays throughout the museum were detailed, and engaging, including a blend of artifacts to view and read about, and interactive displays. The Hoover suction chair lift was a highlight for my 12 year old daughter! As a teacher, I also loved the detailed Street of Shops, which captured life on a typical Main Street in the early 1900s. I hope my students will feel as enthusiastic about all of the (non-flash) photos I took! Discover World on the lower level had several unique and interactive exhibits which allowed visitors to do things like play Tic-Tac-Toe with a robot, power a lightbulb with a hand-crank, and experience the motion of a tornado with steam. Ecology Island was less engaging for our teens, but well-maintained and a draw for younger visitors. This area of the Museum was less connected to McKinley's Presidency and more reflective of his personal interest in science and nature.

The price of admission was on par with other Presidential Libraries and our tour took about two hours - we did ride that Hoover suction chair a few times though! The Planetarium show was not running on the day of our visit, so call ahead if you hope to see that. We had hoped to visit and explore the grounds around the museum, but the weather did not allow it. This would definitely be part of our subsequent visit to Canton, OH. We climbed the 96 steps to the top of the McKinley National Memorial (in the pouring rain) which looks out onto the beautiful grounds of the Museum and out toward Canton.

The reason for our 4/5 review was that the Presidential Library is closed to the public, but this was not clear from the website (or even from the tour map). My husband and son are history and book enthusiasts and had hoped to even see inside the Library, but that was not permitted. Access to this would have made the experience complete!

The Ohio Historical Society is to be praised for the dedication to preserving this museum, and for the beautiful touches that enhanced our experience - the Christmas decor alone was worth the price of admission!

I went there last week with my friend. So much to see other than the cars. Very friendly staff, especially Char, she is so friendly and very knowledgeable about her cars, and Canton's history. She could truly write a book, and should.

Went to see 1917 after finding out that they were showing the film.

What a great place to see a movie! First you get entertained by one of the few remaining Kilgen organs and the only one in it's original setting! Great to hear some of the music it creates.

Movie was great and seeing it on a HUGE screen with a great sound system was a treat, Nice surroundings, not crowded, reasonably priced and had all of the amenities of any theater without the inflated costs!

The staff is very friendly and informative. There was so much new information I learned about. Loved the Chapel, Rosary garden and "Grotto"! It was the reset I needed!

Having traveled all over the world, I have been very fortunate to experience excellence in various forms. Before this visit to Larry Pulka's, I had Warther's Museum in Dover as a must see in the Buckeye state. Now I add the Blue Water Majestic Museum to anyone's Bucket List. After my wife and I visited Larry's place yesterday, I was totally moved by the genius, his skill, and perseverance. His passion for ship building jumps out at you. As a graduate of the US Naval Academy, I have always appreciated great shipbuilding, no matter the scale. Being with Larry yesterday, I felt like I was in the presence of a Master.
Do not let the exterior of the museum put you off. Like an oyster, the gems are inside.
Truly grateful for having visited this museum.

There is various kinds of art spread throughout the District. From a rhino made of tires, to huge masks at the top of one building, to an octopus finding its way out of another building, there is much to look at. Be prepared to do some walking but most of it is visible from the main street with the big Canton mural on the wall.

Definitely worth visiting. Be sure to allow enough time to watch the movie in the registration center. Our docent was knowledgable and kept our attention. Much of the house is not open to view but the sections that are are really interesting. FYI if you have a National Parks pass admission is free. It's not really a "must do" but it's interesting.

There is not enough words to explain how much Sippo lake park, it's amazing. There's many activities that it is easy to spend a whole day here. They have 3 entrances to the park with different things at each one and you can walk to each entrance so its best to park by the library. In addition to the lake and trails they have the exploration gateway. Here they have a library, gift shop, canalway center, playground and is great for kids and has some of the best views of Sippo lake. On the west side of the park they have the conservation center were you can meet some animals. I could go on and on my all you need to know is that it is you NEED TO GO! (All pictures were taken throughout 2021 not just this day trip)

They had 6 rooms of art. A couple of them were really cool! Nice place, small but fairly cheap. There's a civic theatre in the same building.

The Art center is truly a part of the community, at large. What you see happening is a reflection of the larger community. It's presence says, "Come in, YOU are welcome.

So this is where we ended for the marathon and half marathon finish line. It was a feeling one can't really explain unless you were there.

I experienced the Joseph Saxton Gallery of Photography for the first time at yesterday's First Friday in the Canton Arts District. All I can is "wow" about this collection. In addition to the featured exhibit, there are a wide range of exhibits, including early 20th century and 19th century collections. The building is magnificent, too; a great example of how an old historic building can be renovated and repurposed.

If you need a moment with God or maybe even a healing, come here. Like their sign says, denomination doesn't matter here. Read about Rhoda first so you have some idea of this special place you are about visit.
