The view is best after a rain, which supplies water. Hamilton mountain sets on Niagara Escarpment. Behind it is a vast expanse of farm land. The collected rain water flows to the rim of escarpment and make up the many falls.

- BHoskinAncaster, Canada68 contributionsLarge variety of activities for ages 2-10 years of age. On a rainy day it is a great place for children to be active and use up energy: slides, climbing, exploring. there are also quieter activities (puzzles, animal figurines, play house times, dolls, small cars etc.). My grandchildren were occupied and happy for 2 hours on a cold wet day.Written May 22, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tania MToronto, Canada168 contributionsA delightful dinner in downtown Ancaster. Located in the historic Rosseau house, the Blackbird menu offers unique fresh pizzas like pear and blue cheese and also vegan options such as the Jackfruit Shawarma. Truffle and Parm fries were decadent. In house lagers and ales to pair with your meal.
