- Robby G CToronto, Canada81,665 contributionsWe had to take a small ferry to get to this church. From far it was attractive. From close it was still beautiful. Lots of people see it every day, thanks to the ferry.
It is painted in white, but its doors are brown as they are made of wood.
Inside they have wooden benches and a wooden altar. The bottom windows allow natural light to come in. The top window is colorful
I enjoyed this church. It was refreshing! Grant was very welcoming, patient and guided me safely through the basics of blacksmithing. Gives a great appreciation of the skill and craftsmanship involved in this trade. Grant made one hook then I made three more. Great way to learn the basics. Then we made a spoon!!! Grant had a great balance of guiding me and also letting me find my way with the forge, hammer and anvil.
