- Smurf197419 contributionsI enjoyed this water park, there were very little queues and enough people to make it fun. No problems with the lifeguards. We were told at the entrance if we lost the wristband we would have to pay so we made sure it was extra tight. Food selection was limited but it was the end of the season so was expected. - Cornishmumof4Cornwall, UK62 contributionsWe walked here from Flower Street, pavements all the way until the last main road. We crossed this road with ease and headed to the main entrance. We were greeted with a very friendly smile from a guy who was very knowledgeable covering everything needed before we began. My husband and I paid 60levs each for just over 15 minutes of racing. We had a blast!! 15 minutes was long enough for us although they do offer different times etc. We didn’t book, just turned up. One thing to note, these karts have no power steering so prepare for an arm work-out!! Brilliant English gave us great advice on excursions and made us feel at ease with the Jeep safari forest lodge we booked. Was great with our son and my son took a shine to him which is good as hes normally quite shy. The excursion was brilliant. The guide was really funny and brilliant English aswell

What a great way to relax
Staff were very pleasant and attentive
The host was a great guy and made sure all our needs were catered for.

Was waiting for us when we landed and had a cool drink waiting in the car. As this was my first visit, he shared some great advice as well as providing information about an upcoming event.

We still enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and there have been some improvements but still some changes required.
We liked that the whole concourse has now been levelled and tiled, it was a bit ineven previously. Still some issues with waiting to get your bill, might be an idea to get up to go, I’m sure they would then be quick off the mark lol.
The toilets have had a refurb since last we were here, but still inadequate. They have 1 cubicle each for men and women with a shared access and sink. It really should gave separate access with 2 cubicles for women and 1 for men with a couple of urinals. Harry was so helpful, sent tips for sights and attractions that might be of interest to us as a couple whilst we were visiting Sunny Beach. Availability and price were excellent with the added benefit of being able to pay through Revolut. - Alex B2 contributionsWent to sunny beach a couple months back with my mates for a lads holiday! Was the best experience we could have asked for! The reps from DGV were absolutely incredible, especially Rebecca, Zandra, and Rich. Everyday they would all stop and have a chat and laugh with us for as long as they could, made our experience so much better and so much so we’re definitely coming back again next year!! So thank you to those 3 in particular!
