Friday evening was my glass of wine outing so I stopped at Sandhills Winery. The owners are accommodating and gracious. I opted for a chilled rose which was good. It seems like a great place for locals.
Be aware there isn’t a printed price list. They said to just pick something. The price was fair.
    Good experience.

Have visited Linda and Jim Dalton's studio many time. The drive there is worth getting off the main road and enjoying the back roads of NC. Have purchased her plates as gifts and received them from friends. What is nice about Linda is her ability to create something new and try new colors. Enjoy talking with Linda about her work and if you have a chance to see her at the wheel it is worth the trip. The setting of their studio is beautiful. Do call and visit. They are often home. Jim and Linda are typical of the potters in NC who are friendly and sharing.

We were on an all day antique hunt and stopped here. Not a large antique mall but very friendly folks, clean and organized - not all antiques either some resale and gift items but all reasonably priced. Definitely worth a stop.

This shop has quite a few vendors and it is clean and organized so that things are not crammed in and you can really look. Has a good selection of things and most seemed well priced. Certainly worth a stop to have a look! Not a huge mall type place so you can definitely see it all in a reasonable amount of time.

Was our first stop on our annual Pinehurst Trip. Course in good condition. Disappointed that there were leaves everywhere. Felt like Course needed more TLC to blow leaves off course. Have played in past. Clubhouse so so Locker room very modest. Will likely pass next year.

I think every hole was up hill...lol. very nice layout, lots of water and sand. Greens ruled true (a little slow) but they are bent grass in the south. Friendly staff. Lunch and two beer included. Great wait staff

The Lake House reminds me of the many, many corner taverns in Wisconsin. Just the place to gather for a good brew, tasty food, and friendly conversation. The staff is very friendly and of course they also have multiple TVs for the sports fans. Pennants of favorite teams deck the walls. The lightly breaded cod makes for great fish and chips (all you can eat on Friday nights). Wings are excellent and the inferno wings will truly light your fire.

This is a very cute little shop. They have everything from antique furniture to quilts..have art both old and from local artists. They decorate for all the holidays and seasons. The merchandise is always changing and the staff are friendly and helpful!

The course is really good. Worth a visit for any level of golfer. The restaurant continues to go through staff again and again. The problem is that it can’t seem to offer a good meal except breakfast or brunch. Anything move sophisticated always falls short.
