- Hannah D3 contributionsThere’s so much to look at in here! - Brett W4 contributionsWe visited Saint Paul Mountain Winery as part of a Carolinas Region Porsche Club of America trip. We had two groups of 12 cars and 20 people visit on consecutive days. It was a terrific experience. Great variety of wine and cider and an excellent assortment of charcuterie and fruit to enjoy with the tasting. Additionally we had a flat tire issue in the parking lot and before we knew it, the owner Alan, was on hands and knees helping find the leak, offer help to get it repaired and towed and then took care of the car until the tow truck came in. True NC hospitality! Thanks Alan and Barbara, we appreciate you!Written April 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mike BGreenville, SC604 contributionsWife and I wanted to pick up some apples and jams. We heard about this orchard from someone in the Greenville (SC) Newcomers Club, so we drove up for the day to help out some of the local shops and eateries. We bought a nice big bag of apples, and a jar of jam and some salsa. Oh, and we picked up a half dozen of their apple cinnamon donuts, and they were fabulous! The orchard is nice, with a big play area for the kids, and a bakery and taproom too. Give them a try!Written October 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ken AWalnut Cove, NC427 contributionsWe were staying in Brevard and decided to drive over for some apples on a Thursday morning. The place was pretty busy with several small buses. Great selection of apples all clearly identified by variety and characteristics and very friendly and helpful staff. While we were there we both had Ice Cream Sammiches which were two apple cider doughnuts with soft serve in the middle - excellent and not too sweet. There are lots of activities for the kids and a lot of friendly staff and an operation set up to handle large crowd quickly and efficiently.Written September 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mike M7 contributionsAmazing views, pretty strenuous short hike. I was sweating for sure. Stable footing, no slippery stuff when we went. - Dan MFrankfurt, Germany220 contributionsWe loved it!
Right in the middle of downtown, this is the perfect respite from our all to digital world! As one of the gentlemen working stated, it is nice to get back, every now and then, to analog.
I loved showing my kids the types of things I did for fun as a kid. We planned on staying a couple of hours, but four hours later....we were still going strong and realized we had not eaten.
The place was very busy on a Friday evening with kids of all ages and adults playing. There are more pinball machines than you can count and several old school arcade games (Ms. Pac-man, Donkey Kong, Defender, Qbert, etc. Above each machine is a sign telling you the history and an interesting fact. There is a seating area for those who rather sit while others play and there are snacks for purchase. It costs $12 per person for unlimited play.
The gentlemen working were incredibly friendly and were always assisting the customers.
This is a great, affordable option for fun that will take you back to much simpler times.Written April 14, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. My 3 year old granddaughter and I arrived shortly after 9 am and were still having fun at 3:30 when we needed to leave. Her favorite areas were the grocery store, fire truck, dinosaur sand pit, Lego racers, and make believe stage area. Workers were constantly resetting and putting toys back to make sure each area stayed neat. I was really impressed with the pneumatic tube play area and the magical fish to color, scan, then see come alive on a wall sized screen. We will certainly be back!Written July 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- laurelJacksonville, FL33 contributionsWe had the best time picking all kinds of different apples here. They have wagons to pull up the hill to the trees which our little ones loved and a huge apple farm. They also had pumpkins for sale and a small playground for little ones. The store sold the most delicious pumpkin and apple donuts. There were other great gifts we couldnt resist like apple butter and special honey. We felt extremely welcomed from when we pulled up to when we left. I am so glad we stopped by here.Written October 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
