What travelers are saying
- roadtripblondiemichigan293 contributionsMy first visit to Charlotte Motor Speedway and I was impressed from my first glance when arriving in parking lot. I am a veteran of many racing facilities and Charlotte is definitely a high ranker. Adequately staffed, many concession options, comfortable seating with lots of legroom, well maintained. There was nothing that made me say. “I don’t want to return here”. My gratitude to the management of this fine facility.Written October 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sharpes00Fountain Inn, SC5 contributionsThis was our third time staying at the lodge. First was many years ago with our children. Second time in May 2024 with three of our grandsons and third July 2024 with our other grandson and granddaughter. There is so much to do for families. Our grandkids had so much fun. In fact they all want to go again next year. Yes, the cost can be pricey. Best advise would be get on their mailing list to get info on sales. Both of these recent visits we purchased the Food and Fun pack, which is well worth it. The only thing I would say is one of our dinners in the main Restaurant my husband ordered the half chicken dinner and it was overcooked and dry to where he couldn’t eat it. When we told the server about it, she apologized but didn’t offer a replacement or anything. Which surprised us because we have had very good service and food there before. Overall it’s a great place for families.Written July 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MikeCleveland, OH125 contributionsThe aquarium was a great stop for our family. Our two year old loved the exhibits - they were visually well made for all and they even had interactive exhibits. Would definitely recommend for families.Written January 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- rob27898Port Kennedy, Australia463 contributionsWe don’t do malls in the Uk like they do in the states...
This place is massive and had a lot of options for shopping, food and entertainment.
There is parking galore outside and is only a stones throw away from a freeway.
Lots of Uber’s around morning and evening as I used them 3 times during the week and only waited a short time. I saw a couple of buses pull up too so must be on a main route.
Don’t forget your step counter as it’s about a mile all the way round- once!

- Cynthia ROcala, FL26 contributionsI can't say enough good things about this track. There are constant shuttles that run from the parking lots to the grandstand entrance. There are plenty of clean bathrooms on every level, no waiting in line for a dirty sanican. Good places to get out of the sun or get out of the rain. There is not a bad seat in either general admission or reserved. seating.Written September 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stewart MThomasville, NC200 contributionsMy son did a 6 lap ride along. It was a little chaotic due to a large group, but all went well. Kid was stoked to get to go that fast. We paid for a video package, and the video did not record, so he gets to go back and ride again at a later date!Written January 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Pamela PGreensboro, NC21 contributionsThis little museum made my car crazy grandson so happy! They had something for everything Mustang, even down to the early Hot Wheels and model cars. Cars exhibited ranged over the 60 years of this iconic brand- from the current years all the way back to the 1964 prototype (vin# 0004) which was at the 1964 Worlds Fair. ( Guess which car was Grandma’s favorite). There was also a gift shop with banners, T shirts, posters and more to show your allegiance to this truly classic car.Written November 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PaleoGypsyPhiladelphia, PA2,347 contributionsThis museum is anything but cookie cutter and is highly personalized in nature. The cashier is above-and-beyond, friendly and helpful and is a great ambassador of the museum and area. While visiting, take the time to look. I really enjoyed the amphibious vehicle from the 1960s. There are outdoor exhibits as well. Stop in, when you’re in the area.Written May 26, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
