- D. HarCarmel, IN16 contributionsMy spouse and I visited the Billy Graham Library on 2/11/25. The grounds are beautiful despite the cold and drizzle. Every person we met was so helpful and kind. The displays were full of information, abundant with history, and held many stunning artifacts. The Graham home was lovely and the docent was very knowledgeable. We dined in the Dairy Bar enjoying chicken wraps. Ruth's Attic is a wonderful shop full of Bibles, gifts, children's books, as well as adult Christian reading. Immediately after viewing the museum displays, an employee offered prayer requests and she prayed with me. It was a memorable, peaceful, Christ-centered experience. Just go.Written February 11, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Haylei D1 contributionI had an amazing time at Carowinds! The park is huge with so many exciting rides and attractions for all ages. From the thrilling roller coasters like Fury 325 (which is absolutely *epic*) to the family-friendly rides, there's something for everyone. The lines moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience so much smoother.
The park itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of food options if you get hungry. I especially appreciated the variety of snacks and meals available throughout the park. Plus, the atmosphere is fantastic—everyone was having such a great time, and the music and energy just made it so much fun.
Overall, Carowinds is a fantastic place for a day of fun, thrills, and memories. I highly recommend it whether you're a coaster enthusiast or just looking for a great place to spend the day with friends and family. This place is beautifully designed and spacious! It sports a beautiful walking path, a large pond, rolling hills, lush lawns, and old-growth shade trees. We could easily have found a cozy spot to picnic, read a book, toss a frisbee, go fishing, go jogging, taken nature photos, or … all of the above.
Parking can be tricky to find, but worth the walk. Highly recommended whether you have one hour or all day.Written June 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is not massive - it took us about an hour to see the whole thing.
We started from the top and worked our way down at the suggestion of the admission desk and it was a great flow.
Not too busy not overly expensive.

- joyful_travelerOrlando, FL25 contributionsI bought a ticket day of for the game during my stay, for a pretty great seat right at first base. They had a special Carnival Night Event going on for the kids and the crowd loved it. I got a local brew IPA with a cheeseburger and I was shocked how cheap and delicious it was compared to other games I had been to. We had fireworks after the game and it was a magical evening. If only the Knights won. 😂 **They started a challenge process that allows players to challenge a call from the Ump, and many including myself were just annoyed with it as this dragged the game out for almost 3 hours. Only complaint. Go enjoy a ball game otherwise.Written June 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ontheroadagain65Garden City, MI1,123 contributionsWe stopped in for dinner and a brew. We haven't eaten at a German restaurant in several years. The food was delicious. We had knockwurst German style with German potato salad. The food was a reminder of the days when we lived in Germany. The waiter was friendly and offered suggestions. If we find ourself in the area again, I would definitely return for a meal.Written January 30, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eric P1 contributionWhen I arrived and asked to be seated I was told that they do not serve food here. Deceptive name.

The arena lived up to our expectations, delivering a memorable experience. The only downside was the lack of pre-event activities outside the arena, but the attentive staff more than made up for it by keeping us engaged. We opted for seats in the Founder area, specifically the Flight Deck, and it was well worth it. For just $40 each, we enjoyed access to a buffet and our own table, all while being entertained. The only suggestion would be to have a few extra servers at the stairs for smoother service, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment. To enhance others' experiences, I've included some pictures since there wasn't much information available about the seats beforehand. Overall, a fantastic outing – kudos to the Spectrum Center team for a job well done.Written April 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jessicalw28Greensboro, NC17 contributionsBeautiful hidden gem of a neighborhood in Uptown Charlotte. I recommend downloading the Friends of Fourth Ward walking tour. We were a bit disappointed that some homes had been painted more boring whites and greys since the last time we visited a few years ago. They have lost some of their Victorian charm, but at least they are still standing.Written December 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tom HAtlanta, Georgia92 contributionsBeautiful trail from Freedom Park, downtown, to Pineville 13 miles to the south. Out and back, is a scenic 25 miles on well maintained, paved, trail. We rode it 3 days after hurricane Helene and were worried the trail would be closed. It was clean and open! Well done!Written October 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
