Amazing, the staff were wonderful and helpful and informative. You come back with a different perspective on the man, the legend billy Graham.

The tour was free so no need to bring money unless you are going to purchase food and or merchandise from the bookstore.

We visited this place twice while staying in Charlotte. Great place for everyone. Plenty of history. The race imitation is must to try! We loved the experience.

I don't often visit science/children's museums, but I went to Discovery Place Science in Charlotte with my husband and sister-in-law (a teen) and we all had a lot of fun. I wanted to go specifically for the Ultimate Dinosaurs traveling exhibit, but the rest of the exhibits did not disappoint. Admission is a little pricey and costs even more at the door, so purchase your tickets online if possible. There is a lot of fun stuff to do, and I promise everyone will have a good time!

Came here with my wife and 1 yr old granddaughter to spend a few hours while mom took care of important business.

This place is beautifully designed and spacious! It sports a beautiful walking path, a large pond, rolling hills, lush lawns, and old-growth shade trees. We could easily have found a cozy spot to picnic, read a book, toss a frisbee, go fishing, go jogging, taken nature photos, or … all of the above.

Parking can be tricky to find, but worth the walk. Highly recommended whether you have one hour or all day.

Displays chart the 40 year history of this winning race team. Learned a lot about Rick Hendricks and the values that led to consistent success.

Really enjoyed our visit here. I thought the museum had a great variety in pieces and a couple special exhibits that were well done. It is not massive - it took us about an hour to see the whole thing.
We started from the top and worked our way down at the suggestion of the admission desk and it was a great flow.
Not too busy not overly expensive.
    Worth the stop!

This museum exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t consider myself an aviation enthusiast, however I found the exhibits to be very informative, interesting and entertaining. It is well put together, and I especially enjoyed the historical interactive experiences and the “Miracle On The Hudson” exhibit and video. I highly recommend this museum to everyone, especially those who may be hesitant based on the type of museum it is. It’s worth the price for all of the things you learn while there! I went with my mother and she enjoyed it as well.

I bought a ticket day of for the game during my stay, for a pretty great seat right at first base. They had a special Carnival Night Event going on for the kids and the crowd loved it. I got a local brew IPA with a cheeseburger and I was shocked how cheap and delicious it was compared to other games I had been to. We had fireworks after the game and it was a magical evening. If only the Knights won. 😂 **They started a challenge process that allows players to challenge a call from the Ump, and many including myself were just annoyed with it as this dragged the game out for almost 3 hours. Only complaint. Go enjoy a ball game otherwise.

We stopped in for dinner and a brew. We haven't eaten at a German restaurant in several years. The food was delicious. We had knockwurst German style with German potato salad. The food was a reminder of the days when we lived in Germany. The waiter was friendly and offered suggestions. If we find ourself in the area again, I would definitely return for a meal.

Great place to go and get a thinking going. The museum is free. I think it's a great place for anyone, especially kids. Its presentations are rational and thoughtful, yet not hostile and controversial. After all, this is a museum for presenting things, not social media for ranting and raving. Well done.

When I arrived and asked to be seated I was told that they do not serve food here. Deceptive name.

Walked around and the place looked really nice. Would call ahead if you have hungry kids.

    Clean and lovely.
Unfortunately not really good food options, vegetarians must be happy with some French fries.
It's a typical Simon-Outlet-Center as we know it from Florida.

thank you for this beautiful Park. I stayed across the street at the Kempton hotel with two large dogs and it was a real blessing to get to walk around and enjoy the beautiful park.

Beautiful hidden gem of a neighborhood in Uptown Charlotte. I recommend downloading the Friends of Fourth Ward walking tour. We were a bit disappointed that some homes had been painted more boring whites and greys since the last time we visited a few years ago. They have lost some of their Victorian charm, but at least they are still standing.
