- kellie bsalisbury, nc9 contributionsWe went for Valentine's day. We have never been climbing before and the staff was super helpful and super friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot!Written April 25, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Rebecca J3 contributionsIn town for a work meeting from Wisconsin and booked a hot stone massage with Leslie. I was immediately put at ease by her warm and friendly demeanor- you can tell that she really loves what she does. She was attentive to my comfort, asking if the temperature and pressure were okay, and even gave me some wellness feedback after the therapy which was specific to my needs. She was incredibly intuitive and hit the nail on the head, after spending only 1.5 hours with me- impressive. Thank you Okra, and thank you Leslie for the excellent experience.Written February 25, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Petunia Raisonette1 contributionAwful, dark studio, snooty instructors, classes taught with one insipid cliche after another, or with loud music that is not at all appropriate to yoga. Since when is yoga like aerobics? Yuck!Written February 14, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- pky_pookhpt498 contributionsYoga spot in the NoDa..........(north davidson) region of QC.
It is a neatly placed centered in the heart of NoDa.
We opted for a class entitled FLOW after 5 & as military.......the class was just FIVE dollars!!!
It allowed us to practice with others from QC.....who needed to unwind from a hectic
office day. We hit up this place prior to our brewery tour!!!
The instructor will LOCK the door once the class begins....within TEN minutes!
Overall, it was a good time!!!
I hadn't been on a mat in over 2 years...I was rusty but got back aligned in no time.Written December 31, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
