This company is a A + with customer service!! I came to Charlotte to have an amazing birthday week. I booked this karaoke ride in which I was told it would be super fun. The night before our planned ride my son end up in the hospital I panicked. We are in the state that we don’t know, but in the mix of that knowing that we couldn’t get our money back for this ride, I called to ask if we could change the day, the guy was so amazing such great Customer Service told me don’t worry about it. He would work with us and changed the date for us. I thought that my son will feel better the next day. He’s been in the hospital for three days I called Goldie just to let him know that we would not be able to make it and I was wondering if I could transfer that over to my friends, without hesitation he was on it and told me no problem. That is great. Customer service Goldie was so nice. My son feels better. This made the situation Not so stressful for me I can’t wait to come back to Charlotte so that I can take this ride.
