Fort Ontario State Historic Site
#2 of 14 things to do in Oswego
What can I say, such a beautifully very well kept important piece of history, definitely a must see if you're around or within the area, I remember watching live reenactments when I was a child with all the ships...
Great to explore with kids and has important history from the Revolutionary War all the way through WW2!
Breitbeck Park
#4 of 14 things to do in Oswego
It has great lake views, lots of green space for picnics, running, or relaxing, and playgrounds for the kids.
Breitbeck Park is a terrific place to relax, catch the sunset, and just enjoy time with friends and family.
H. Lee White Marine Museum

It is a fascinating museum with hands on things for kids as well as interesting facts!
I would recommend it for families and those interested in maritime history.

Buy ear-muffs from the hardware store across 104; only $2.99 and well worth it particularly if you are taking children.
