By all accounts the Canadian side has the best views of all the falls. We found the US-NY side to be more nature, hiker friendly, with a variety of additional sites to see ...for free.
Free parking at the Niagara Gorge visitor center, elevator site. Then a free Discover Niagara Falls shuttle that will take you up north to the Fort and through the main Niagara/NY downtown and more.

It was such a great experience to share with the family. The kids absolutely loved it as well. Not too far of a drive from Cleveland and the scenic view of the lakes and bridges were so beautiful.

We opted not to get soaked on Maid of the Mist or in the Cave, so this was a good alternative to see some sights at a reasonable price.

This place is a very interesting place to visit. Bring cold water/snacks/handwipes in a cinch bag or backpack.

These are beautiful falls, well worth the time and effort to take them in. I actually prefer the Canadian side, but this side is also beautiful.

The water was beautiful. With the level a little low due to drought, it was not as easy to see the actual whirlpool motion, but still worth a trip to view the water and have a quiet rest.

The stairs back out can be a bit strenuous on a hot and humid day so be sure to bring water and take breaks, it is worth it!

This mall is at the entrance to Niagara Falls, NY. We've been two days in Niagara, and on day 1 weather was pretty bad with strong winds and rain so we spent it mostly here.
We found good choice of stores and some bargain shopping. Good food court.

A must! Took the time over a 3 day stay in Niagara Falls to ensure we walked all paths in the Park and saw the water from various angles. This is a great way to be close to the moving water.

On a hot day we found the park a nice connection hike with shade and breeze along the gorge. This stop is in between the free Discover Niagara shuttle so either drive to this park or be aware there is another .5-1 mile hike to the shuttle stop

Very nice, small aquarium. The jellyfish and seahorse were my favorite. Nothing was coming within reach in the touch tank. Smart creatures! Because there were some VERY out of control children while we were there! Which was sad because it ruins it for everyone!

A very nice, big and clean welcome center with a nice, local store inside with maple syrup, cookies, candles, and many other things to buy. I asked about the 40% off cookies on the counter and the lady took the (2) signs down without even offering to give me the price adjustment.

They welcomed us when we checked in. We arrived a few hours early and they accommodated us. The hotel room was on the 18th floor and it was beautifully done and just as we requested, very clean. The gaming floor is a bit small but everyone we met was friendly. I'm sure it was thriving before Pandemic and not so much now. Alot of places closed and not a great variety of food to choose from. No quick service available to just grab a slice of pizza. Very close to the falls and didn't know till we went out the back side to learn of this surprise. The hotel was within walking distance. We had fun and enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

A small but mighty center, well appointed with two daily guided talks that is included with the modest admission fee. The entry was $10pp when we went in June2022.

Both gentlemen were happily engaged in sharing information about the center, kind and enthusiastic in guiding our learning.

A must stop and see, and this is right on the free Discover Niagara Falls shuttle route.
