What travelers are saying
- HNinmeHanoi, Vietnam3 contributionsWe had a trip to PQ prison. This place replicates the prison in the past. We were there at noon time and most of our group is girls. We were quite scared because everything there was like real. It was great to know more about the history of the country. I will not come back but recommend every visitor to come and experience.Written February 14, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- PaulSiowPetaling Jaya, Malaysia2,731 contributionsWe passed this temple every morning when we went to the morning market at Duong Dong riverside. From the outside, we could see all the colourful and intricate carvings. The Cao Dai religion is unique to Vietnam and looks like a fusion of the various main religions.Written January 1, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- OctaviaBucharest, Romania4 contributionsIt was a very nice experience. Our host was very kind and walked us through his farm, explaining to us the whole process of harvesting pepper and many other plants that he is cultivating. Unfortunately, due to covid, there aren’t many tourists now so the cooking classes aren’t available but it is worth the visit if you are looking to see the authentic life of a farmer in phu quoc. We also served some drinks and food which were excellent.
We found the farm by accident on our way back from starfish beach (which was a disappointment btw because it was full of garbage), but I’m very happy that we did and I recommend it to everyone.Written April 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - FyreFaeryTomar, Portugal105 contributionsA gorgeous little temple, not so touristic, so not crowded. The locals come to worship here so it's important to take off your shoes before walking inside, and remember not to turn your back to the deities (leave walking backwards). Nice dragons outside the temple and phoenix and turtle animals are moulded on the entranceway.
The surrounding area is great also with food stalls, a more temple on a rocky outcrop and a walkway into the sea.Written January 31, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - lola3 contributionsWe visited many pogoda and temple in VietNam.And Su muon was nice with local style. It offerd us the peaceful space.Written November 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- VanNguyen_HanoiThimphu, Bhutan141 contributionsSerenity. Peacefulness. Beautiful location. One side is green hills and the other side is the sea. Cherry on top: its very clean and well maintained. A good place to slow down the pace of life a bit. Highly recommended.Written April 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Tercoltrip56 contributionsIf you go to Phu Quoc the Dinh Nguyen Truc Pagoda is a must see. Set in the south of the island, we went with Red River tours. The cheapest trip we went on included visits to a pepper farm, the Sim wine factory, Pearl farm, Fish sauce factory (take a nose peg), Bee farm, Sao beech (where we had luch one of the best meals we had) and coconut prison. I'll review these seperately. The Pagoda is set on a hill side with spectacular views across the sea. Peaceful tranquil and a great place to chill out. We were there for just over an hour which was enough to see everything, but could have spend another hour there as it was so inspiring. Ladies have to cover their legs, but dont worry as they do have wraps provided free of charge as you enter. Everything is kept beautifully clean and well maintained, which gives you a great sense to show respect to this sacred place.Written March 13, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- ChrisPerth, Australia172 contributionsA small temple built on rocks near the centre of the main town. If you like to climb over some rocks and enjoy the sound of the sea this is a nice place to visit. The temple is small remember to remove your shoes if you enter.Written January 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- GuiWongAurora, Canada4,407 contributionsThis attraction was built recently and provides stunning views. Lots of wonderful photo opportunities at no charge.
There are various temples, plants and beautiful sculptures.
Very relaxing to enjoy the peace and wind chimes. Lots of benches to sit and quietly reflect.Written November 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Emilie GMontrouge, France1,506 contributionsThis is a local and typical fishing village. Worth stopping by if you are in the area. You don't need more than an hour. You can of course have food there. Quite of a contrast with the rest of the island.Written January 9, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
