There are many small shops on the beach to hang out while enjoying young heads and snacks. - linda pIpswich, UK358 contributionsWe had a taxi back from Ubud to our hotel and this place... well painting on the wall caught my eye. Following day my friend and I tracked down this gallery. I didnt buy my painting there and then, it is huge and not cheap, so I needed to think about out. Following day I knew I had to have it as it was bugging me. The chap in the shop was extremely helpful and all I could think after I bought it was how to get it home. I paid; which I now know now was probablylot of money, but to me the painting is well worth it and thats all that mattered. Next day I collected the paining (which is oil on canvas) rolled in a drain pipe. Airport I checked in thinking this was going to be an issue, and it wasnt, not at all. Gatwick it popped out the other side. There were 9 of us which is a hard fit spur of the moment but they had no qualms moving tables around to fit us all.
We were so impressed from the service to the actual food. So much of it for the price! So cheap and honestly one of the best little breakfast spots we’ve found in Seminyak. Definitely worth it and the gallery is just beautiful with so many different kinds of art and antique style homeware statues.

One activity I really wanted to do was the soap making workshop but due to lack of time I couldn’t. The next day (and our last day in Bali) we went back as we fell in love with one of the artworks.
The team were so lovely and happy to give us the time to make a decision about what we wanted. The artwork we chose was stretched on a frame and they took it off and packaged it beautifully for us to take on the plane ride home.
Great artwork, great staff, I would highly recommend a visit! Starting 300k for a cap and 200k for a t-shirt is more than Australia.
