This lovely little park is in the center of North Woodstock, NH.
We told the kids this is where the waterparks got their ideas, from nature!! Bring your own tube for a bit of a bumpy ride.

A tip for starting the trail is take exit 34A of the highway I-93 and park in the Flume Gorge parking lot but park near the bus parking (off to the north or left) since that is where the trail begins.

The park has expanded the gorge trail to include several boardwalks through the woods and even up to overlooks so that you can see the vastness of the White Mountains.
The mountain setting and the beautiful river nestled in the gorge among the massive boulders makes this a nature lover's dream.

We saw this cute little park as we drove by and decided we should take a look -super beautiful and easy walk for our 4 yr old.
Street parking just a bit North will give you better access to the main entrance which has steps off the road to the park portion and upper Cascade.
