This place is spatactuler for children of all ages. It has hands on things to do there. It's a place you can find yourself going more than one time because the children can't get enough of the activities going on.

The Woodman is a superb complex of mini museums, ranging from 19th-century taxidermy specimens to the Civil War and Abraham Lincoln. It is eclectic and eccentric, with a wonderful cabinet of curiosity vibe. We had a delightful tour with Stewart, who was knowledgeable and engaging.

This is a hidden gem, and a must-see for anyone who loves museums. They are capacity-controlled because of Covid, but they are ramping up to accommodate more visitors. As a museum in a small town, they are not flush with cash, and so an influx of visitors would be a boon to this most deserving institution. So: go! And be delighted.

I am not a rum man but, found these very tasty. Friendly staff and fun to try all. Small family run operation. Give it a try.

I have several pieces of Salmon Falls Pottery. Some were purchased in antique shops but most have been purchased at the factory in Dover. I love perusing the shelves, looking at all the patterns and finding that special piece for my collection as well as selecting gifts for family and friends. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Last year I purchased their Christmas ornaments for my friends and the ornaments were a big hit! I recommend placing your name on their mailing list as they sometimes have buy 1 get one for 50% off sales.

Dover Family Bowl is fun place to Bowl, either candle pin, or regular bowling. It's a fun place for families and or for dating/double dating.
