- Erin RNew Orleans, LA15 contributionsLove the Wynn. Huge rooms tremendous customer service. Delicious restaurants. Great pools and spa. - Adam B5 contributionsThe good:
Good value for what we paid for the stay.
Located in the middle of the strip so short walking distance to pretty much everywhere.
Clean, spacious rooms with lots of storage space too.
Decent sized pool.
Had a great dinner out the front of Alexxas restaurant with views of Bellagio fountains.
On check-in given the option to upgrade to honeymoon suite for $40/night which seemed reasonable.
Could be better:
Incidental charges on card were $100/night, by the time that money was back on my card I was already on my way home so it was no use to me then and had to convert back to £ losing money from conversion fee.
Wasn't once offered a free drink while playing slot machines.
Not many water machines.
Stayed on the 14th floor and outside the loft area smelled of sick for the full stay.
The ice machine took 3 days to make any ice on floor 14.
Parts of pool could be in the shadow for a long time as sun was blocked out by the Eiffel Tower.
Gym was quite cardio focused.Written July 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Inside we found a huge selection of slot machines and decided to try our luck We were fortunate enough to hit a jackpot! The atmosphere was vibrant the staff were friendly and we had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be returning. I Highly recommended!!Written July 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- matthewsJ2596IHWinnipeg, Canada274 contributionsYou can depend on this place for big portions and a fair value. Service is hit and miss and sure the place is a bit dated but the food is delicious and fresh. Great on site brewery/bar that does get full quickly some days. Definitely worth a stopWritten August 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Stephanie D7 contributionsSimply put this venue at the top of your choices for your wedding. It was so easy to book the wedding pick the package and add any additional things needed. We had the best planner Debbie and she called when there were questions of us an also gave us suggestions. We had a telephone meeting to go over everything to make sure we understood what we needed to do and make sure the planner had everything we wanted. She was great to work with and always answered when I called about questions. She sent emails at different stages to help us complete the things we needed to do on our task list. We were guided through out the process. We were given several verbal and written instructions on what was expected the day of the wedding and what we needed to bring to the ceremony. Everything went perfectly... the limo that came was a huge stretch and it was fabulous. The driver Kevin was the best!!! He was our drive to and from the venue. The Reverend Maria that preformed the ceremony was excellent. She made it extra special and we thank her for that. The photographers were very good they did a great job.
We eloped and it was just the two of us so we opted to go out to eat after and that was an add on to our package. The Brazilian steak house that we went to was supreme and we were treated like royalty our desert came out on a huge plater with congratulations written on it in chocolate. The meal was delicious. Our experience with the Chapel of the Flowers was unbelievable the ceremony and the royalty treatment all through out was above our expectations. We highly recommend this venue they will not disappoint. Thank you everyone at the Chapel of the Flowers for making our wedding a breathtaking and beautiful.

- BlueandBittysMamaBrentwood, CA28 contributionsWe were in Vegas this past weekend and visited The Cosmopolitan. What an absolutely beautiful hotel! The appointment of all the details in design were aesthetically pleasing and luxurious. I loved all of the draping crystals! The staff that we interacted with were all very kind and respectful; however, one gentleman stood out in particular--Melvin. We met Melvin when we needed assistance and he was incredibly helpful! Some of our group were a little inebriated, but that didn't phase Melvin at all--he was always very gracious and professional. He had the patience and kindness of a saint! Melvin really added to the enjoyment of our evening and we really appreciated him going the extra mile for us!Written August 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Carl B2 contributionsTraveling during the Thanksgiving weekend is never a good idea and just adds to the frenzy. After arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances there were a few hiccups with my room reservations but Katie, the hostess, took care of me quickly and with a smile and got me to my room.Written December 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Hoben01Long Beach, CA3,138 contributionsSo my buddy were here during thee nba finals we had a couple of odd situations. First there was an alternative line that my buddy tried to bet at the desk and it was off the board and yet when I went online to an offshore book it was still available and this was way before Gametime. Then we had ventured to see the circa sports book and he found a bet for the number of 3 pointers per team thinking that it was available at all books he came back and found the mgm sports book didn’t have it.
The casino makes it easy to place a sports bet with kiosks located all over the casino.
I basically concentrated on playing bubble craps for my entire stay at Luxor. Noticed a few oddities one was that I could make a bet pass $15 here but was limited to $15 maximum at the nyny bubble craps machine. Now another thing is that I knew that hard way and one roll bets like the horn bet I could get away with a $1, but even numbers I could bet less then $5, it only seemed the initial pass line bet required $5. I religiously used my mlife card for the machine and earned a healthy chunk of points my main purpose was to get pearl status to avoid paying the parking fee but fell short.
My friend whe likes video poker felt the machines were right here there was a bank of these machines near the Excalibur connection.Written June 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. He was very patient with my son and always had clear communication to my son and myself ( the mom ) 😎 Great sense of humor. I was taking a video and he made sure to let me take a great shot at the end with my son holding the gun. He called me the papparazzi...lol.
