- TomWhitefish, MT1 contributionI've been a member at this place for about 8 years. Prior to that, I was a 10-year member at the Summit in Kalispell, so I can speak from personal experience.
Staff is pretty awesome at the WAVE, it is a bit more intimate/resorty (even though they've gone through two or three major expansions since we joined). Equipment, classes, amenities...all top notch. Constant upgrades in all of the above. Extremely clean and well maintained, too!
The WAVE is more family friendly, particularly with the kids pools and water slide. When I was a member at the Summit, the pools would quickly get overcrowded, and there were occasional cleanliness issues, but that was years ago, so it's not fair to judge. - Kat M1 contributionTook a class with Erin on a Wednesday night at the Whitefish studio. I enjoyed Erin’s Power Flow class and would recommend taking her class. She also gave me some great dinning recommendations while my husband and I are in town. 😊

- travelfreak903Santa Barbara, CA109 contributionsIf you are looking for a massage, then look no more; this is the place! I cannot express what a fantastic facility the Spa at Whitefish Lake is! When people book their treatments, they need to know that it is very small- but not in a bad way. I come to Whitefish, MT to get away from the hustle and intensity of California to a small slow town where people genuinely care about your wellbeing. That being said, the staff is absolutely beyond amazing. The facility is clean. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. Brandy, the Spa Director, is absolutely superb! When I first started to come to the Spa at Whitefish Lake, Brandy was a massage therapist. I saw her work her way up and during the duration of my massage we talked about how she wanted to grow, and I am so happy that she was able to do that. I was formerly introduced to Monika. I cannot say enough good things about her. She connects with her clients on an entirely different level. Grateful to have been introduced to her would be an understatement. Monika listens, repairs, and rejuvenates the body and soul. Not to mention, she puts the humanness back into it and isn’t just doing massage for a job. I cannot express enough how wonderful she is. I truly hope that the management of the Lodge at Whitefish Lake know how great Monika and Brandy are. Without them, I would most likely be going elsewhere. - Stacy LKalispell, MT41 contributionsMy massage therapist Heather made me a cup of hot chocolate when I arrived. I was offered a snack of pistachios and peanut M&M's when I arrived. I got comfortable on the heated massage table, and picked out the scent of the hot oil Heather would use on me. I chose Frankincense and got comfortable. Heather started on my back with the heated oil, and proceeded to give me a full body massage. She finished with a scalp massage at the end. I took a shower and was given a Gatorade to help reduce the toxins in my body. I started my day in the absolute B E S T way possible. I highly highly highly recommend a massage at Ski Massage!!! Easy free parking out front...other hair and spa treatments available. Located on highway 93 just over Whitefish River bridge coming into town. You'll need a reservation but can do so online at Schedulicity or at fab salon and spa

The teachers are energetic, encouraging, creative and inspiring. I am hooked! They offer Zoom and in-person classes, which is very convenient for those of us juggling working and parenting from home. Bouldering gym is fairly large with well over 150 problems, sometimes more like 200 problems of all grades.
Very beginner friendly, but has some hard boulders too for those beasts!
They have a 24hr fitness center for members that is HUGE for a climbing gym, as well as showers in the Locker rooms.
They have many Youth Climbing Programs, and even a Adult League.
Yoga 3 days a week and a Boxing Class all free to Members.
With no initiation fees or signup fees, the month to month membership is very reasonable and you can even save if you buy multiple months or even a year.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the music usually rocks!
The best and ONLY climbing gym in the whole Flathead Valley.
