- Amrego5 contributionsThis was hands down the coolest experience I've ever had. From the moment we got to the location I feel in love with all of the dogs. They were all so cute and happy to see us and get lots of pets and cuddles. Before beginning the trek, Dalton (the best guide ever!!) gave instructions on how to drive the sleds then we got to help hook the dogs up. The dogs were all so well behaved and intelligent and eager to get going and it was the coolest thing to see and be part of! Some visitors got the chance to actually drive the sleds but I was happy to just ride along with Dalton as the driver. The ride itself was amazing with stunning views and fun trails! Literally a winter wonderland adventure. Once we got to the turnaround point the guides provided us with hot chocolate and cookies and we got to hang out and take more pics with the dogs! The dogs are so happy and healthy and love what they do! All of the guides were very knowledgeable and fun and you can really see how much they love the dogs and what they do! A 20/10 experience that I would recommend to anybody!Written February 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas GKentucky95 contributionsThe lake was gorgeous and a great place to stop and take a picture. It would be a great place to kayak or canoe. It was windy and we didn't have time the day we went. Be warned it is a good drive off the main road on a gravel road. Probably 4 or 5 miles one way.Written July 10, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Alysa R4 contributionsThis lake is absolutley breath taking with Crystal clear water throughout. The underwater rock walls are impressive and ominous as it show just how deep the area is. We same many large trout swimming under our kayaks. It was a peaceful float full of beauty and impressive views. Would 100% recommend.Written July 11, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sara TEllicott City, MD995 contributionsWow! Loved this place!
Even if you don’t like bourbon, vodka or drinking, this was an interesting distillery. It was just fun to sample and enjoy the environment. I had the Moscow mule with huckleberry vodka. I loved it so much I bought the vodka and ginger beer. My husband tried the bourbon and bought a bottle! We also got a tshirt and glass. It’s very small, limited seating, but they are expanding and I’m sure it’s going to be awesome once they do with the addition of a tasting area.Written July 5, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. When we pass through here, we like to picnic in this little park on the outskirts of town. There is a parking lot, a rest area, a picnic area, a playground and a kids-only trout pond. Everything is well maintained. The only problem is that anglers spending the day floating the Madison River leave their vehicles in the parking lot, filling it almost completely. We were lucky to find a parking spot, and many people who wanted to use the restrooms or picnic area were unable to do so because there was no parking.Written June 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - creeklayingBozeman, MT148 contributionsThis is a great stop for the family. The Living History Museum was a very pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the history of the area by walking through this little town that was recreated to reflect the way of life in the old west. Just about all the staff there are volunteers dressed in time period clothes, in character, and sharing historic information. We learned a lot and loved watching the staff go about their chores and jobs of the Old West. There were presentations on wheel making, blacksmith, tin maker, and basket weaving. I would highly recommend taking time to visit the museum. All proceeds and donations go to the preservation of the living history.Written October 3, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sara TEllicott City, MD995 contributionsWe went here and there was no one on duty. However, there were open areas where we could see the fish and history of the hatchery. What we saw was worthwhile to see.Written August 6, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- D MClinton, WA413 contributionsI don't know what this photo has to do with the place, but it is nothing like this. This is a small fly fishing center with a quaint "western" town tonied up for the tourists. A few really good galleries and some that are just full of import stuff. This gallery is one of the better ones with representational art, oils, acrylic and some good bronze sculpture. Western theme and landscape works.Written June 6, 2013This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
