- Suzanne C3 contributionsI had family visiting from Dallas. My 3 1/2-year-old great-granddaughter was crazy about this place. Her mother, went through lamenting, "Why don't we have this in Dallas?", "I wish we had this in Dallas.", etc.

Good selection of beers and ciders on tap in a relaxing atmosphere with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Definitely a cool place for some weekend beer drinking. - Danni SOverland Park, KS1 contributionConsidering growing up in North Kansas City, this is one of the best places to go, going with friends, family, pets, or with your significant other. On Friday nights, the high school (North Kansas City High School or so called Northtown) has there football (the Hornets) games down the road so on Friday nights there tends to be lots of families and friends. The Hornets are one of the best High school teams in the state of Missouri and Kansas. I usually bring my niece and nephew to the park and the have some of the most fun there. So how could we not stop in for a brew? We did a sampler to taste a variety of beers and all ended up ordering a pint of the "white stout." I only had that style of beer once before and I love it.
The place is small and not fancy, beer names are after sf/horror movies, so there is various movie poster/beer labels in that genre. New location is easy to access at 14th Ave and Burlington and very comfortable seating with plenty of elbow room between tables. Have my favorites after a few visits but haven't had a bad pint there. Bar-B-Q is right up there with anyone in the city. Would like to see the Bar-B-Q expand to every day service. The venue is not that big and the only issue that I saw was the seating situation as the seats in each row were so close together and tight that people seemed to sit on top of each other as everyone looked squished, so I am glad I had an end seat. - Russiagirls289 contributionsWOW this was fun!!! Had never had a VR experience and this was a great time -> we did an escape room with a group of 4! We had a blast and escaped too! Owners were very kind and explained everything we needed to know for a great time!
Pros: just a blast (probably best for 16+ just for control and responsible game play)
Cons: not really any. Could use some more decor in the place but then you put on VR glasses and don’t care haha
Tips: contacts>glasses.
