What travelers are saying
- Dave CIllinois1,376 contributionsNice falls. A little tough to find. Yet, once there, was quiet and peaceful - great place to relax. On the smallish side; yet there's not exactly large elevation changes in SW Missouri.Written August 6, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bobby760Keller, TX150 contributionsGreat Memorial to Devastation and Loss and now Hope! It was sobering, but to hear resilience of the community was inspiring. Well done and great way to honor those who lost their lives and this moment in Joplin’s history.Written July 12, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Linnsey RJoplin, MO161 contributionsReally great for kids with an inquiring mind. Helpful staff, nice gift shop, interesting displays. Nice and clean. - Monica58860Dousman, WI1,280 contributionsIt wasn't hard to find this historic shoot out attraction. It is in a quiet neighborhood with established homes all around. I can only imagine, since due to Covid there were no tours, just how that shoot out went down. How desperate Bonnie and Clyde would have been. Great to see history so well preserved.Written September 28, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- TomMaple Grove, MN1,913 contributionsParked at the south trailhead (big parking lot available) and enjoyed a nice walk north to the second trailhead and back. - Christian ArditoBentonville, AR541 contributionsAs far as truck stops go, Joplin 44 Petro is the best I’ve ever seen 😀 they have an entire section with truck parts and another section that is a gift shop with tons of stuff to browse through. They also have the usual chain fast food restaurants and coffee shop. When we visited they were having a truck show and the place was pretty packed. If you are driving through Joplin, stop by to stretch your legs 😀Written September 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Cathy W76 contributionsI’ve been a resident of Joplin for many years and remember when Northpark Mall was built. It’s the only enclosed mall in town and it really meets most of my needs. It has a Penney’s, Macy’s and several other clothing stores, a selection of smaller boutiques and a small food court. I also like to walk here in bad weather and there’s a nice one-mile path marked. I still go lWalmart and use Amazon but this is a nice mallWritten December 16, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
