- Diane Y4 contributionsWent with my granddaughter and although we didn't find the castle. We did find the beautiful waterfall. We had a good time. There was some trash around but not too bad.Written July 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Okla_IC_nurseOklahoma City, OK121 contributionsTook our 5 and 9 year old sons as part of our annual Thanksgiving staycation. While it was a rainy, chilly day, it was truly gorgeous. We were able to enjoy multiple areas without any people or crowds, enjoyed looking at the various rocks that this area afforded us (seriously, was worth the sit down we all took to find some fossils and beauties in the piles). Can’t imagine how gorgeous this will be in spring and I hope we get to come back 🤞
Be sure to give the Shoal Creek Conservation & Education center a walkabout, it’s a well done space!Written November 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The gallery is free to attend and there was a Makers Market happening today with some very talented vendors. As part of the Art in Bloom today my kids made two beautiful flower bouquets. So much fun to be had. We also placed our votes for the small works exhibits.Written March 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kyren J2 contributionsVery good place for children. Plenty of equipment for them to climb on, and for parents to get tired on. Lol. But if you want to bring your child somewhere fun for them to play. This is the place.Written March 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Wes N1 contributionI'm from Joplin....Yeah I've been to Bonnie and Clyde's hideout many times. These 2 were CRAZY! The only known pics of these 2 were found by the cops. Clyde taking pics of Bonnie and Vice versa...After this shootout with these cops They were in a bigass hurry to get the hell out of Dodge and left this camera behind,Written September 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Christian ArditoBentonville, AR529 contributionsAs far as truck stops go, Joplin 44 Petro is the best I’ve ever seen 😀 they have an entire section with truck parts and another section that is a gift shop with tons of stuff to browse through. They also have the usual chain fast food restaurants and coffee shop. When we visited they were having a truck show and the place was pretty packed. If you are driving through Joplin, stop by to stretch your legs 😀Written September 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - iconionsOlathe, KS331 contributionsThe staff here are great! Friendly and helpful. There wasn't much of interest, the items we were interested in, were a little overpriced. It's still fun to go look!Written April 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- James HLowville On17 contributionsRiver side park like setting with lots of trees and gravel yard.
The road noise didn't bother us...its pretty quiet at night. The boss is a nice guy who helps you get parked.
Note: this seems to be a monthly rental park with a few sites for travellers. It's not much just a marker and a stone pillar, but for some reason, it made a really big impression on my kiddos. They got a kick out of being in 3 places at onceWritten July 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

I’ve been a resident of Joplin for many years and remember when Northpark Mall was built. It’s the only enclosed mall in town and it really meets most of my needs. It has a Penney’s, Macy’s and several other clothing stores, a selection of smaller boutiques and a small food court. I also like to walk here in bad weather and there’s a nice one-mile path marked. I still go lWalmart and use Amazon but this is a nice mallWritten April 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
