Stayed in Tasmania for 70th Birthday, Richmond Gaol is great place to visit and experience the atmosphere of the Convict era without travelling the distance to Port Arthur
Oldest intact Gaol and wonderfully preserved at only $10 entry for adults well worth a visit!

Andrew (and his father) have done an amazing job on this informative, detailed and as-close-to-accurate-as-possible outdoor display, with years of work, and continual daily upkeep.
Great way to get a brief history of Hobart and the standard of the miniature city of 1820 Hobart is excellent.

... views of poo! after visiting the Pooseum, you will have a new found appreciation for the wonders and essential nature of poo! Worth visiting if you have an interest in nature, science and/or sustainability.
There are plenty of poo facts to absorb, interactive displays and videos of different animals pooing, which prove surprisingly fascinating.
