- drbroundtheworldSaint Louis, MO412 contributionsLocated about 15 min east of Farmington. Great country location with a large pergola covered veranda and a covered porch. Due to Covid -ordering and drinking is outside and no tastings offered. However, the owner saw that we were struggling w/ wine choices, so he brought out a taste of their dry traminette. Divine - dry and fruity! The owners served the guests and were very friendly and informative about their wines. They have a large selection of wines and beer and offer a few of their own brews. The owner bakes deserts for sale and the pumpkin pecan gooey butter cake was to die for! The family's golden lab, Mikey, loves everyone and makes the rounds for belly rubs. A great country band was playing for everyone's enjoyment on a Saturday afternoon. They make/sell pizzas but you are also allowed to bring in your own food. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Well worth a visit for an afternoon or early evening when in the area (and the sunsets are spectacular!)Written November 2, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anna HBonne Terre, MO21 contributionsThis is a great place to take children for a special sweet treat. My grand-daughter who is 7 loved that she could choose 3 pieces of special candy and then we were able to sit outside the shop and savor the moment along with the candy.Written March 20, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ChuckCarronFarmington, MO60 contributionsMy in-laws and we went for lunch and found a place to be an interesting dose of rustic charm with delicious peach sangria. Although we had expected a winery we were surprised that it was actually a bar with some wine. There was an outside fireplace and a porch with plenty of seating. The sandwiches were a little small for the price but tasty and the service was great! Sadly, we were a little early for the live entertainment but would like to return sometime soon.Written August 27, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
