My goodness, Some of the effects are so compelling, I struggled to differentiate the actual set from the special effects and digital backgrounds! I was amazed at the authenticity, as well as how beautifully they represented Jerusalem and the dwellings.
If you or your family are short, I recommend the seats in the back half of the theater, as they are placed in a nice incline, so tall people in front of you are no problem :)
Of course, the animals were a treat, especially birds flying overhead, and goats and horses running down the aisles!!
The opening was breathtaking!
ONE recommendation: Do not go get concession during the intermission, unless you are one of the first out of the theater. The lines were too long for us to get a snack and get seated before the second half began.
Be prepared to be wowed, though. I have already purchased tickets for Esther next year.
