Just took a morning walk through Cooke park on the cascade trail, which was dusted with light new snowfall this morn. Listen to the water babble and the ducks huddle on this trail that follows the cascade creek into the Zumbrota river.
The mouth area of the creek (about a mile? From Cooke park on the cascade trail is a pretty place with a small waterfall, and a couple weirs, along with an open park like area where it feeds into the Zumbrota river.
There’s an old stone ruin there as well on the hill.
    It’s a great walking path!

It’s also a wonderful path for biking in the summer (which I’ve done several times).
Rochester has bike baths scattered all over. Great place for urban biking.

For a small town this facility is amazing. It has a pool that can host state level swim events. My son used to practice there most of the year. Huge skating rink and also a hockey rink makes it an amazing destination in town.

Great baseball setting! The staff does an excellent job with on field entertainment, music and announcements. Lots of great beer options with promos through the night.

The lines for the water were exceptionally long.

Park across the river - there are lots of spaces and out of foul ball danger.

The players are college kids playing for the summer.

This is an older facility, but well maintained. There is a lot of parking near the doors and it is FREE. Typical concession stand food. I have attended the annual farm show several times, several thrift sales and a high school hockey tournament. The events have always been well organized and safety/security has not been a concern.

For a neighborhood near Mayo st Mary’s hospital , this is an ok place to play tennis. Courts are old, but they are courts.
One time we did get bumped cuz they had something going on. But other times we played there without issue.

Park has a pavilion nearby and some green space too, and a hiking path. So you can do other stuff and gather with people, which is what we did. Some played In The park, while we played tennis .

I don’t think Denise from 2018 reviewed the right place. This is a nice volleyball center attached to a high school. Around a dozen courts with a decent amount of bleacher seating and limited seating for an overhead view. Concessions were typical; fruit, mini donuts, etc. Overall, a nice place for volleyball.

We booked the CSI Rochester room for my daughter's 12 birthday party. The crew at Unraveled was fantastic! They were able to let the girls pick the level of difficulty and even added a little extra by flickering the lights to add to the experience. The combination of screams and giggles were exactly what my daughter wanted. We will be back with adult friends and my other kiddos!

We had so much fun breaking out of the study! My husband and I went with another couple and it was perfect for our group! We ended up with the record time, so go try to beat us. 😜

Been here dozens of times. Always a good experience, temperatures good (never cold or hot in winter/summer), sound reasonable, etc. As with all theaters recently the prices are getting higher.

Since Paragon went to CMX last Oct/Nov though, they are NOT doing the customer loyalty program which is irritating since we've been there several times. Maybe that is a management decision, but every time we go we ask and they say "soon." Anywhere else, by now with 4 people attending...we've had at least 20 visits. Must not want frequent visitors?

My beef w/them is that and they're getting greedy. The other theaters in town offer a discount, they don't. I used to get their popcorn for like $12 bucket then you refilled for $2.50 of 2.99 (gets us to return as the overall cost gets lower), but this new CMX owners want to charge a whole $24 for the bucket! It takes several visits just to make up that cost, plus this time they wanted over $4 a bucket. When the other theaters in town offer the old version, give me a discount, my choice is make easier.

Bowling was a blast and the kids (15 & 13) enjoyed the arcade, but the laser tag was our favorite! My only recommendation would be to have one of the six people that were behind the main counter over at the laser tag station, so we didn't have to go get someone every time we wanted to play.

We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday party on Saturday, June 2nd. I cannot thank you enough for giving him and his friends such a great experience. You were accommodating to however we wanted to celebrate with bring in food to having everything decorated. The owners were friendly and made it fun for all! Great place to go! I have already recommended it to friends. Thanks again for making my son’s birthday one he will never forget!

This is the theater our family usually goes to for a movie. The price is reasonable, and seats are almost always available, even on a movie's first night. Stadium seating, with comfortable seats and good sound.
