We visited on a nice crisp winter weekend, We took advantage of the outdoor skating but there were plenty of people walking the lake, cross country skiing and having a romp with their dogs at the dog park.
The walk around the lake is is about 2.5 miles and you get to take in a great view of nature and some amazing houses.
