This is an excellent attraction especially at the time of year as they attraction and Staff go all out to entertain the children, I think you have to book in advance for the Santa Trains but they are worth it.
At only £4.50 entrance that includes as many train rides as you can manage, as well as the exhibitions, this is tremendous value for money.

Great ride but would advice to do it clock wise round as the opposite way you have a very steep hill to get up near brockholes but very nice route with plenty off pit stop sites on route
The trail itself is a shared space, meaning that you might encounter walkers, some with dogs, as well as cyclists.
