- KrystalLHUtica, MI41 contributionsWe are a family of 7 and always looking for new things to do and places to go. But having a big family it is not always easy with costs. Current ticket prices here are $5 per family. This was going to just be a quick stop on our way farther north because we didn’t realize how interesting this museum would be since it’s not one of the more well known ones. We spent quite a bit of time here because there was way more than I thought. And my kids loved the hands on parts. We will definitely be going back again.Written June 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ael48601Seattle, WA96 contributionsThis is a gem of a museum! The sculptures and the museum space and museum grounds are beautiful. We went to the Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids a few days later and it was very cool to see some of the plaster sculptures turned into bronze. It’s also great this museum is free so it’s accessible for everyone to enjoy. Visit if you are in Michigan.Written July 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Luvtotrvl96Seven Mile, OH167 contributionsBeautiful area! Easy to navigate! Watch for the bugs! There were so many baby ducklings, geese, and swans. We viewed deer, stork, and found a fawn playing with us on the path! Run, stop, wait for us to catch up! It was funny! On the negative side, the bugs were plentiful! Especially dragonflies!!
The wetlands are very picturesque. We went early in the day to avoid the worst of the heat.
Note: follow the directions as you approach the entrance. The original entrance is closed for construction. The directions are clear. Very clean, easy to see the animals and much to do. Plenty of places to sit and pack a picnic. There is a carousal, a train ride, a sand box where kids can look for fossils and a very nice playground. Also has a concession stand and all the bathrooms were very clean. We spent a little over two hours there. The prices were also very affordable for everything. We will for sure be coming back!Written May 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Sara j5 contributionsLove that we have this unique Marketplace in Saginaw! So many, food vendors with DELICIOUS food options. Lots of unique, little retail shops. Each one is a locally owned. Spring until fall the Downtown Saginaw farmers market is set up outside. A must visit in Saginaw!Written January 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- kay_171717Howell, MI11 contributionsMy toddler was not having the best time during our camping trip and this was just the break she needed. SO much for her to do and explore. I would recommend everyone with children to check this place out. Best thing is she wore herself out and finally got a nap in afterwards!Written July 25, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - browncondo2102Kitchener, Canada1,770 contributionsWent to watch the Spirit play.
Fans are still rabid here. Lots of noise and cheering.
Since we were opposing fans, a number of Spirit fans were interested in talking to us and made us feel welcome.Written January 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. My girlfriend told me about it, and we went the next day. Oh my gosh I can't believe what I've been missing all this time. I'm going back today LOL!! The staff are so warm and welcoming. If you haven't been there, you absolutely must!!Written September 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tymetraveler222Bay City, MI6,773 contributionsThis library is a beautiful historical treasure for Saginaw. Built in the Romansque (sp?) style, it opened in 1890 to the public. Outside is built of local limestone from the Thumb, and red sandstone from Lake Superior.
Inside is beautiful oak through out, including the staircase, shelving and window trim. Brass hardware completes the decor.
This library has a well known and heavily used genealogy dept., and Saginaw history section. A children's library sits connected and adjacent, though the modern architecture is disheartening.
A must see for visitors who have a love of history and architecture.Written March 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We also were able to have some Matcha Tea and Mochi after the ceremony. Then we were able to tour the gardens. A good educational experience.Written July 10, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Robby G CToronto, Canada81,657 contributionsThis is unique. We were protected from rain thanks to the trees. There were many pillars.
I liked the round pool with a statue.
However, there were many beautiful flowers

They had a cash bar and also a gift shop that is perfect to get you in the mood for autumn. Their caramel apples are incredible with tons of different varieties. You can do the pressed penny here, which I think is pretty great.Written September 26, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
