We love walking up and down Commercial Street. So many stores to choose from. This was our first visit with our pups. They seemed to loved it as much as we do!

Walked here from Provincetown- it took us about 40 minutes from the centre of town. It's an easy walk - there is a pavement/cycle path all along the route.
The beach was clean, and towards the end of September, pretty deserted.

We took the dogs in mid October and walked the beach. The vistas are stunning, the air clean and the water was gorgeous. Bring a camera as the beauty is breathtaking.

Visited on a rainy Thursday in late September. After parking on Commercial St., we took the shuttle ride up from Bradford St and visited the monument first. The cost was $20.94/each, but children and seniors qualify for discounts. It took about 15 minutes to climb the stairs and ramps to the top of the monument, but the views were well worth it as you can see for many miles in all directions. The wind is very strong at the top so be prepared and dress accordingly. We spent about 15-20 minutes at the top before descending to the bottom and visited the museum next.

The museum contained much history of Provincetown, plenty of exhibits and the story of the pilgrims that landed nearby. We spent a little over an hour in the museum and gift shop and enjoyed our visit. Hours were 10-5 during our time there, but the sign advised that 4 pm is the cutoff time for the last admission. I definitely recommend visiting here for visitors of all ages.

Go here! Hidden gem (and free!) and worth going in to see the large boat replica built inside. Friendly staff, great history and selection and a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle outside. They even have a free little library outside perfect for vacationers and locals alike.

This was at the end of the season, so check hours. Nice exhibits. The climb to the top was worth it for the view. Restrooms.

Walked part of the trail near the Race Point visitors center. Paths off the road, so safer than biking or walking on the side of a road. Restrooms in back open year-round. Water fountain in front.

At first it seemed nerve-wracking walking on the jetty rocks, but after a while you get used to it . It takes about an hour each way to cross the jetty to the other side, then about 10-15 more to make it to the beach. But it's well worth it.

Beautiful bike trails through sand dunes and forest. Such beautiful scenery- easy to stop and take pictures. It is quite hilly in spots. Definitely a must do.

We had the best time walking this from end to end. Plenty of room to pass other groups coming the opposite way. Great views.

Nice place to take gentle hikes of any length. Surprisingly uncrowded, versus downtown Provincetown (about 3 miles away).

Beautiful woodwork….lots of interesting information…people were voting when we visited so didn’t want to be in the way..handicapped restrooms on the first floor…otherwise it’s a little bit of a climb…but truly beautiful..pop in and see the craftsmanship of a historic building

We enjoyed getting to wander around this gallery. There was art by local artists and art students, which we loved to see! The front-desk person was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth stopping in--we started our day in Provincetown at this gallery before continuing to wander down Commercial Drive.

April is a bit off-season, so we had the gallery to ourselves!

Really enjoyed this. Beautiful hike, largely across the marsh to the lighthouse and beach. Beautiful scenery. The hike is certainly not the easiest, much of it on sand which makes it tougher yet. The house and lighthouse are neat to see and then the beach is beautiful. Of course then you get to hike back! So enjoy it but be prepared for the hike and bring some water.
