This was a fabulous free city zoo. There was a lot to see with easy walking trails. It is not well advertised but a lot of families enjoyed it including us!!

This visit was even more enjoyable than the last. It could be that I was with my wife, my son and his wife, my grandchildren and their other grandparents. It could be because the weather was perfect. It could be that we were surrounded by pleasant folk. It could have also been that both of my grandchildren were lucky enough to get a baseball AND even better, the minor league players graciously autographed them. They did not care whether it was a Shorebird player of a player from the Red Sox (they got a couple from players of both teams). The game was interesting (even though the Shorebirds lost). Our left fielder nailed a guy at the plate with a great throw. Entertainment between innings was fun (I do not know how the mascots can function in their outfits). Unlike the major league parks, parking was not expensive and was convenient. It was easy to get in and out. We even used Clutch.com to pay for our parking in advance. The concessions were family friendly priced. The stadium was clean and the staff (parking lot attendants, ushers, concession team, entertainers) were all very friendly. Our seats were protected from an errant foul ball mishap by a screen which did not interfere with our views at all. They were right behind the visitor dugout and very reasonably priced. Overall, just a great way to spend a night with the family and we loved it for ALL of the many reasons that I have stated.

Unique museum displaying wood carvings of wildlife. If docent volunteer is available, take it - excellent highlights overview. Allow at least an hour to enjoy the beautiful display and outdoor scenery.

Much of this is nature trails. A small creek flows through it and various parts have a bridges to cross. You get very close to the water. There's also an area that runs beside a small creek and areas without water at all. I saw two viewing points Wicomico river, the main one is a narrow bridge. The plantation wasn't open but the landscaping was looked great as well as the buildings themselves.

Poplar Hill is a beautifully maintained and restored residence dating back to 1795. As lovers of history, we enjoyed touring the property and appreciated interacting with our knowledgeable guide. She included local history and information about the former residents, both free and enslaved. I'm sure she adapts her presentation to her audience. This would be a terrific place to introduce children to how people lived long ago.

Located less than an hour from Ocean City, MD and from the Chesapeake Eastern Shore, this is an easy drive. There is free parking and admission, with request for donation.

Great bar atmosphere. Bright and boisterous place with a very good kitchen. Lots of fun. Live music on some nights. The drinks are terrific. Lots of good local beer on tap. Get there early to avoid waiting to be seated.

My husband and I went to the Elvis Dinner show and enjoyed the dinner, although some of the food was a bit cold. There was a great selection of dessert but, they ran out of chocolate cake! The show was fantastic and a great value for the money. We have been to many events here and are always happy.

The only problem I have with this store is that it is so addicting!!!! The vendors are always putting out new antiques and many other cool unique finds!!!!!! Cold drinks and snacks are available and bathrooms are clean. A must visit if you are in the area!!

We are Baseball Fans, and have loved the Orioles for a long time. It was interesting to see that so many players came from Salisbury and the surrounding area.

I used to visit this mall all the time as a kid with my Mom & Grandma. So, I hold fond memories of it. Now that I'm grown, I thought it would be nice to make a return visit with my kids and my Mom.

This visit we were not very impressed with the mall. It has some decent shops left like Boscov's. We thought the Burlington here was just OK. However, the rest of the mall just seemed unimpressive. The kids play area was gone. It seemed there were empty or closed up store fronts. I miss the old Montgomery Ward that used to be here ages ago. Also, I noticed that there is a Chuck E. Cheese in the mall now, but there is NO entrance that I could see from the mall. So, we did NOT even notice it until we were driving around the mall to leave.

Overall, it is just an OK mall. IF you are in the area, it will do, but there are better malls to be found.

Best known for it disk golf course and in crowded playground. Small pavilion for rainy day picnics. Adjacent to Schumaker Pond for kayaking.

This playground is fully compatible for wheel chairs. The surface is dense foam, and it is designed to be helpful for those who would not be able to play otherwise. There is plenty of parking for those who have a handicap tag.

This is a neighborhood playground. Has its challenges and at times can be risky and even dangerous. Use caution if you go to this playground.

Dee Dee was wonderful and we loved her ability to tell these stories!! She kept us intrigued and wanting to know more about this pretty town. I thought it was awesome how we landed at the cemetery for the last ghost facts
