This was a lovely hike with wonderful views. It is a fairly easy hike with the view of Camden hills and Penobscot bay. This trail is only about 10'ish minute drive from Camden. The trail was quick and easy and during the hike you are rewarded with fabulous views as well as a cute hut which is a good place to take photos. Best part is no fees to park or hike. One of our favorite things to do in the area. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Rockport Bay statue. Recommend checking out the iconic statue. The famous statue is the main character of a book.

I LOVE belted Galloways. There were a half-dozen or more little calves when I drove by, and they weren’t shy. They came right up to the fence to see who all those humans taking pictures were, and a few of the mothers were apprehensive enough to nudge them back to the center of the field.

The park has a swimming beach, outdoor showers to rinse off, flush toilets, benches and shelters with picnic tables. Great place to watch the sailboats and have a picnic.

When we got to the gallery, it was just at opening time but no one was there so we called the number listed on the door and Peter Ralston was there within three minutes. He was very informative, excited to share his works and his stories about growing up next to Andrew Wyeth and the impact that had on his life. He has lots of his work on display and was very friendly.

Built in 1891, this opera house is known as one of New England's architectural and acoustical gems and is in a beautiful setting overlooking Rockport Harbor and next to Mary Lea Park. Unfortunately, there was nothing going on when we were there, but we were able to peek inside and see the interior.

This is more of a grocery and fresh vegetable store than restaurant but they have a great variety of vegetables and eclectic foods. Bulk spices. A fun place to shop and look around for your next creative meal.

If you are into woodworks, this is a nice stop. He has lots of his works on display and is quite a craftsman.

The gallery is small but on occasion you can find amazing shows of top photographers. Many of the artists are affiliated with the Maine Media College. If you are in Rockport it is worth dropping by.

We were expecting an art gallery and instead it is now a Montessori school. It was an adventure driving down this dirt road
