... of its proximity to Portland and the hotels were a bit less expensive- but we ended up loving it so much that we only spent one day in Portland (25 minute drive) and the rest of our time exploring the beach area!

Just north of OOB but much more peaceful and clean due to the private residences and small inns that line the beach as opposed to the motels that cover Old Orchard Great place to walk in the AM or anytime.
Pine Point Beach is by far the cleanest, longest, great waves, great parking, nice facilities and a super snack shack in southern Maine.

The rides were all near each other, weather was perfect, food was great, and the slides were really really fun with the young kids and even the adults slides were serious fun! Cleanest park I’ve ever seen.
We went here on our vacation and had a blast!! My autistic son, with his cousin loved that roller coaster!

It's a beautiful and clean beach that's great for kids with plenty of room to run and enjoy the ocean and sunshine.

We had stopped at Old Orchard Beach area on our recent...it was mobbed and after walking around and checking out the Playland our little group decided that we really wanted a quieter spot.
