- Have Camera, Will TravelSouth Bend, IN3,808 contributionsThe Paul Bunyan Statue was the last of our Stephen King road trip. The statue was featured in "IT 2" where it came to life. I've seen a handful of Paul Bunyan statues around the country, including Oregon and Michigan and this one is as fun as the rest, but has the creep factor of being in a horror movie.Written November 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jmbt13Moncton, Canada160 contributionsI have been to Bangor many times before, but had never been here until this year. Through a quick google search on upcoming events around town, I learned about this place. They were showing 9 to 5 the Musical. I love musical theatre and was super excited to see this performance. The theatre was very nice and comfortable. The sound was good and the actors were great. There was a small bar set up with things for sale if desired. I didn't buy anything. They had programs for guests and the bathroom downstairs was nice. There was a couch in it and they had another bathroom upstairs. Anyone could use either washroom which was nice to help keep the lines shorter. The price was reasonable and I look forward to attending another performance on the next visit!Written February 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 57brucerWoburn, MA2 contributionsMy wife and I enjoyed this park. We were disappointed by Bangor downtown (on a Sunday morning) so gave up and went to Cascade Park. We had a picnic lunch at one of the tables provided. The fountain was working and the grounds were in good shape. Clean and quiet. Too bad it is rather small. Trees were healthy and provided much appreciated shade in the heat.Written July 27, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
