He is personable, professional and so knowledgeable of the area. We hit all the highlights and many photo ops (Doug was always so gracious to be our photographer)! I highly recommend this tour…Doug and our driver were just wonderful…so nice to sit back and see all the beauty these cities have to offer. We also loved all the recommendations and suggestions for places to visit or restaurants to not miss while there! Jessica introduced us to the art and architecture in the system, the light rail system, and Target stadium. We spent about 90 minutes at Minnehaha Falls and park area and saw much more than we would have without the guided tour and directions. The park's signage and sites are not in great repair, so the audio guided tour was essential to really appreciating what we were seeing and knowing how to navigate the area.
