It is situated in the very pretty Mercado da Ribeira at Cais do Sodre and is a very relaxed food hall with long tables to eat at, tonnes of atmosphere and a huge range of food and drink from Portugal.

As we walked, we learned about the landscape and its history from Francisco, who is truly the consummate host (including a recommendation for a Sintra lunch the next day that was the best food of our trip!).
