A great way to see the city and get a fun history tour as well. All the workers were very friendly and the guy giving the tour was very informative and humourous. Even at -2°c, it was still well worth the cold (and that's coming from an Australian who has just left the hottest month of the year back home!). There is a glass/windowed room below that is temperature controlled to warm up and sit, which also serves drinks and small snacks as well.

This was a good visit for the family. We paid for the bundle so we did the observation deck, the tilt, and the drink. It was a good experience but the lines for the tilt were very long. The kids were very impatient and I am not sure I would wait in line that long again.

This was a fantastic way to get the “flavor” of Chicago. Literally and figuratively! We are from Connecticut, and we travel a lot but had not made
It to Chicago. This tour was a great into to Chicago: a little history, a little pop culture, architecture, and of course, local food! Jeff, our tour guide was like an old friend 5 minutes into meeting him. He was genuinely interested in everyone in our group. He went out of his way to find out about them, their reasons for visiting Chicago and he offered advice on how to best enjoy Chicago tailored to each. He went beyond the topics covered by this tour. He was such and amazing resource. We highly recommend this tour on your first day in Chicago if possible.

We purchases our tickets ahead of time...just in case but there seemed to be plenty of spots open when we arrived at our designated time. The museum they wind you through is very interesting and we enjoyed the interactivity of it. We did have a later time and the food court locations were closed already so be mindful if that is where you are planning on eating. You recieve a QR code at the beginning that they use for your "official" photo. You get a single group photo but can requeue and take your own - which we did. It took me a few times to make it on the ledge - back in if you are nervous. Back in and keep your eyes straight ahea. It was fantastic at night.

Heath was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and a very engaging speaker. We saw amazing buildings and focusing on the interiors was a great option for a cool and dreary day.

We walked to the museum from our hotel and had trouble finding an open entrance. I imagine this was due to lower crowds in the winter, but some signage would have been helpful! The museum is massive, an easy way to spend a cold, snowy afternoon. We did get bored with exhibit after exhibit of taxidermy. While the Field Museum was definitely worth visiting, it's a one and done for us.

Absolutely amazing! Here are a few of my observations:

It is VERY similar to Soarin’, the Disney Parks attraction, only this one includes a very inspiring and well made introduction video that makes it feel more personal/human, and makes the waiting time enjoyable.

The staff is really kind and friendly; they give clear instructions and make sure everyone feels safe and welcome.

You have to reserve your space in advance, and it sells out fast, so make sure to do that ahead of time.
The introduction video is in English, with no subtitles in any other languages.
This attraction is included in the City Pass.

Baylor was our tour guide and she was amazing. Really funny and informative, some of the stuff I knew but lots I didn't. Definitely lots of walking and it's fairly fast paced so be prepared to keep up. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We live in Chicago but wanted to see some of the famous architecture from the inside. Ethan was a great guide and we got to see a lot of Chicago that we hadn’t seen before! Would recommend to anyone visiting or living in Chicago.

GREAT TOUR! This tour is so good I went a second time when friends came from out of country. Alan was a great tour guide (again!) and I would gladly do it a third time if more first-time to Chicago friends come to town.

I’m originally from Chicago and live in LA now. We took a family trip to visit friends and it was my boyfriend’s first time in Chicago so I booked this for us and my college aged son. The weather was absolutely horrible but the tour was so good that we sat outside in the freezing rain, under inadequate umbrellas, because we didn’t want to miss a word. We were frozen and completely soaked and it was worth it. I had never taken this tour and I plan to do it again next time I’m in Chicago, hopefully in better weather. Our guide was amazing and I felt like we all learned so much. I highly recommend this tour. You will not be sorry. Go!
