Costa Rica was my first yoga retreat, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodations were serine with friendly staff. I also appreciated the many adventure opportunities the retreat provided. On any given day, you could decide to go zip lining, horseback riding or opt to sit quietly by the pool and read. Yoga was also offered twice x day for anyone who wanted to participate. I can't wait to go on the next Wildlight adventure.

I went to Chill a few days ago and it was truly a breath of fresh air in the heart of Chicago. The Staff was incredibly welcoming and the meditation + yoga was doable for people of all skill levels. I could not recommend this enough for any local Chicagoian or any traveler. It is a must-see Chicago destination. The combination of a beautiful atmosphere and refreshing experience is unlike nothing else you will find int he city.

Cathy was such a wonderful instructor! My friend and myself are new to yoga and she made us feel comfortable. We left that session relaxed and at peace. We are going to attend another class before the season is over. Thank you Cathy!

This is a really cute place! We reserved an hour with the bunnies and got 15 minutes in 4 different enclosures. They give you greens to feed the bunnies and offer cushions to sit on. The bunnies were a bit sleepy but were alright with being pet while laying down and were happy to wake up to take snacks. I am looking forward to coming back and seeing the other bunnies that were not in my group.

Excellent value! Dropped in for beginners yoga class with Jack Ryan. He was a very skilled instructor. My niece had never done yoga; she mentioned how much she appreciated the few adjustments. Very easy to register online and pay in advance. We also took advantage of a massage sale $47 each. They welcome us to a eucalyptus steam (or sauna if we wanted) and we were invited to shower before leaving. All the staff were great/ Kellie and Todd were attentive masseuses.

Good place for an inpsiring Sunday Noon Meditation, excellent virtual and inperson classes in Kriya Yoga. Traditional hatha yoga classes.
The people are friendly, welcoming and accepting.
Call ahead. they have evening hours and Sunday day hours. May not always be open during the week.
A good place to check out traditional Kriya Yoga teachings. And, to just settle in for a breath of fresh air and relaxating inspiration of a Sunday.

Hamsa has been nothing but INCREDIBLE! I'm so happy to have found it back a few months ago. Since then I've taken Ayervedic nutrition classes, dosha workshops, meditation classes, received consultations, guidance on imbalances, massages, and am currently taking the Summer yoga series every Wednesday night. I myself am certified to teach yoga and find the practice and instruction informative and relaxing. Every professional I've met at Hamsa has been exceptional and a true "guru" in their field. Monica is a wealth of knowledge and an experienced Ayervedic practicioner. If you're looking for a lifestyle change, guidance to better health, or simply therapeutic alternative approaches to well being I would highly recommend Hamsa to anyone. I plan on registering for the next 3 seasons of the yoga series and to continue my treatments & educational opportunities at this welcoming Ayervedic community.

Tucked behind the picturesque 31st St Harbor on the South end of town, Royal Pigeon Yoga offers a fun and unique summer activity! Prior to my visit I had done both yoga, and sand-up paddle boarding, both independent of one another. Yoga on a SUP was not only a great work-out, but with the city as a backdrop and food trucks/bars at the dock it made for an entire day of non-stop fun!

We love hot yoga but not that super hot stuff. So tried this out while we were in Chicago staying near the West Loop. Loved it!! They have great teachers and we had a great experience. Both of us had tons of fun and worked up one heck of a sweat. Power Vinyasa style flow Yoga. No judgement just a good workout.

People are trying to work from home. Those who work third shift are trying to sleep. Parents are trying to get their children to nap. None of these things can happen due to this organization's loudspeakers. This is a working class neighborhood; we can't all afford to put on lulu lemon and exercise through the middle of the day. The loudspeakers affect a far larger number of people than the six participants in each class.
