We were impressed by the professionalism of the ground and flight crew and felt that we were in good hands. The whole experience was beautiful. Note that the "gourmet breakfast" is really packaged cookies, cake and instant coffee, although that is definitely not the focal point of the experience.

We were hosted by Ami and Udi. I hope my spelling is correct.
What an amazing and interesting day. So much information and knowledge of the Golan heights as well as information on the bus as we drove out to Golan heights and the Sea of Galilee, Armageddon etc etc. Ami was particularly knowledgeable on the military history of the Golan heights, which was fascinating.
We were so well entertained and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the tour. Thank you so much.

We just completed 3 tours in 3 days with Bein Harim. We did Masada which was amazing, Caserea and Rosh Hanikra and the last tour which was the Golan Heights. The tour guide for the Golan, Zahi Shaked did a fabulous job of keeping us on time without making you feel too rushed, explaining things and answering questions, and really is one of the few guides we met who had an understanding of customer service. Ariel and Yoav were pretty good, but Zahi really did a good job especially with our teenàge daughter.

We were group of 6 , loved the mixture of the sightseeing and the off-road . Some of the sights are really monumental like Jerusalem and Masada while on the other side of the spectrum is the Holman highs wild Wild West :-)
Loved the local street good and mostly the gokedem guide for the oversight and linking history and present of this magical land. We could have few more days to relax off the beat and enjoy tel aviv...

This is a beautiful park, not only for its natural beauty, but for its spiritual and historical significance. Upon on the hill are the ruins of the Temple of Pan, the ancient Greek god. The temple was built in front of a huge cave, through which an underground river runs. It was thought that the river led to Hades, the underworld, and many people were sacrificed into the river to satisfy the gods. Jesus took his disciples to this cave, a dark place where so many people had died, and spread his light of love - not human sacrifice. Jesus announced to Simon that he would henceforth be called Peter (or in Greek Petra), and upon Peter he would build his church and "the gates of Hades will not prevail against it." Matthew 16:18. How amazing that Jesus stood in front of the gate of hell, and announced the good news of a heavenly kingdom full of goodness and light. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Israel.

This tour was so much fun! Menachem Jacobs is a very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and out-going tour guide. We saw sites and ruins that we would not be able to see without the Jeep! Menachem’s knowledge of the Golan and Tiberias is clear. We got to explore the village of Katzrin and the synagogue built in the 6th century. Definitely don’t miss this one!

The tour covers the Golan Heights including a view over Syria, with a drive by of the Sea of Galilee, overnight stay at a beautiful Kibbutz, visit to the Nimrod castle, and the Kaballistic city of Safed (Zefat). And since we were doing well in terms of time, we also visited a viewpoint overlooking Lebanon, which was not a part of the itinerary.
The star of the trip was our guide Mr. Ami, a retired career military veteran from IDF with great insights into military history and tactics. His description of the historic Golan heights tank battle (1973 Yom Kippur war) was lively and captivating, along with his other insights and tidbits into the history of the region.
If you are a pacifist with utopian visions of peace, this tour is not for you because the major part of the tour deals with military exploits. There are separate tours of Safed for people who are only interested in Kaballa.

WE had an amazing day with Kobi hiking in the Golan. Its a magical land and he really knows the area, the hidden trails and historic places. Even my 15 year-old was impressed! We got to explore abandoned Syrian fortifications, amazing views, then did a 2-hour hike on the most gorgeous mountain trails to a spring and waterfall.

All followed by a Druze feast -- fresh-baked pastry with lamb -- that I am still talking about.

I would highly recommend a day of exploring the Golan with Kobi and GoKedem. Its an experience that will lift you up and give you a whole new appreciation of nature and Israel.
