So when a friend and new resident of Boise took me to see this human rights site, I was somewhat surprised and moved to read the many, inspiring quotes written by a diverse legacy & inscribed on a beautiful stone...
I try to walk over and view the memorial whenever I'm in Boise.

Wander round and take in the sights of legislators making political sausage; there's a nice shop in the basement (or "garden level") and lots of history to go around.
My favourite activity is to climb up the stairs to enjoy the panoramic view of the Boise downtown, especially the traffic flow entering through the Capitol boulevard, towards the city.
